Overall I'm very happy with my BMW M235I, I've only had it since June but I'm already looking for an upgrade. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was really helpful and when I arrived at the dealership, I was made to feel welcome.

I was happy with the purchase of my new car from Nathan, he was an all-round sound guy to get along with. Had a small tyre issue and didn't report this straight away as I've been working, but the team has been quick to get this looked at when I raised it. I'd happily recommend this dealership to friends and family.

The BMW M4 was purchased for my son and he has no complaints about the car. Although I do not use the car myself the buying experience was great and I'd happily rate them five stars.

I bought the Discovery as a retirement present for myself and it's been brilliant! Tom was my salesman and he was a smashing bloke, I've even kept in contact with him to show off my new alloys, as he was so easy to get along with. The customer service has been great and I couldn't ask for more.

This was my first visit to MP Motor company and I can't recommend them enough! I visited them as they are local to me and I needed a car quickly. There was no pressure from them, in fact all of the pressure was from me to get my Ford Kuga as soon as possible but they managed to turn it around on the same day. I purchased an additional warranty which I have had to use for a minor issue but the process has been quick and easy with a courtesy car included - top marks!

I'm very impressed with MP Motor Company and even though most of the sale was done over the phone, everyone has been brilliant in the lead up to me collecting my Caddy. I live on the Scottish boarder so it was a long drive to Preston but it was worth it. I've regularly been out and about in the Volkswagen and I'm very happy with it. I'm happy to give 5 stars for the customer service and my car.

Absolutely loving my Jaguar so far, I'm really pleased with it. This is my first time driving an automatic, so I'm still getting used to it, but I'll get there. The dealership experience was superb. I was in and out in just 30 minutes, which I was very impressed with. Applying for finance was surprisingly easy because I submitted my application on Wednesday night, and by late Thursday afternoon, they had processed and paid out the finance. The car was cleaned inside and out, as it had been valeted before collection which was nice. I live in Wigan, and even though it was a bit of a trip, it was definitely worth it. You can tell what sort of dealership you're going into just by looking at the quality of the cars they have and MP Motor Company have some impressive cars. Overall, a fantastic experience with a dealership that knows how to deliver excellent service and quality vehicles.

Honestly I don't usually give top marks but because I can't think of anything in particular that I'd change about the sales process, it would be rude not to. Andy was the gent who looked after me and he was as expected, very professional and polite throughout. My car has been great for the time I've driven it so I'm very happy.

I've been enjoying my Volkswagen Polo, putting plenty of miles on it already because of my commute to work. The customer service was excellent—very helpful and accommodating from the word go. The MP Motor Company is conveniently located down the road from me, so I often browse their website to see what they had in. When I saw the Polo for sale, I decided to check it out. Although it was my first time buying a car from them, I had visited a year earlier with my wife, although we didn't make a purchase at that time. I've given them 5 stars because I wouldn't change a thing about my experience.
