Nigel was a lovely guy, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He was not the pushy type and he helped me find the best car for my needs. I was looking for something reliable, comfortable and easy to drive and he recommended me this model. This is a much newer model than my old BMW and it has some amazing features. It has a display on the dashboard that shows me the speed, the fuel level, the navigation, the radio and other information. It took me a bit of time to get used to it but now I find it very convenient and helpful. The display is clear and easy to read and I can adjust the brightness and the contrast to suit my eyesight. The car is lovely to drive and I feel very safe and confident behind the wheel. It has a smooth and powerful engine and it handles well on the road. It is also very fuel-efficient which is important for me as I like to travel a lot. The seats are comfortable and spacious and there is plenty of room in the boot for my shopping bags or my grandchildren’s toys. I am very happy with my new BMW and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality car that is fun to drive. Nigel was a great salesman and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Someone called Chris also followed up with me after I got the car to make sure that everything was fine and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I was driving an hyundaibi20 and fancied a change. I decided I wasn't one of the newer Renault Clio's and I am so pleased that I did. I would consider this an upgrade, the new car has parking sensors, and a built in sat nav and its pretty nippy off the line too! I am finding it so nice to drive. The Clio took a little getting used to with it being a 'push to start' but the sensors make it so easy to park, you can literally just swing it it! I though the guys did a great job explaining everything and making everything clear before going ahead with the process. They helped me understand the finance options but instead I decided to just pay it there and then. I have already started telling people where I have got my car from.. my sister being one of the as she is in the market for a new car. I have said plenty of times get you self down to MP!! I personally just don't see why I wouldn't give these amazing chaps 5 stars. It's more than deserved.

The Mercedes A Class looked stunning when I first saw it and has been nothing but reliable since I drove away. I am over the moon and I love the car to prices. Its a great drive, its comfy, its got the power and its just overall perfect for me. Exactly what I was on the hunt for, if I am being perfectly honest. The guys delivered the most perfect customer service.

The atmosphere around the dealership was exactly what I wanted. It was relaxed, not pushy and it was just a pleasant experience to have. The sales chap was that relaxed he had crocks on which I found hilarious ahahah! All of the team were just as great as each other and made the whole process come together. So, everything's ticking along just fine with the car . I'm having a blast driving around, and I'm getting used to it quite nicely. It's turning out to be good fun. The customer service was on point. They were super helpful, knew their stuff, and all the folks there were just great to deal with. I'm giving it a 4.5 because, well, no one's perfect, right? But overall, it's been a good experience.
