Steve was fantastic throughout the entire process and everyone else who was involved in the sale was really nice, I genuinely enjoyed the experience. I’m very impressed with the level of service I received and would definitely use MotorTrust UK Garstang again.

My Golf has been perfect so far. I use it daily for work, and it’s been great. Arranging to pick up the car was straightforward, with most of the process handled online. The customer service was good, and apart from one small issue I need to sort out, the car was exactly as described.

I found MotorTrust on AutoTrader while searching for a new car. When I came across the Ford Puma, the advert was very detailed, and there was only one surprise when I saw the car. it actually came with two keys instead of the one I was expecting, which was a nice little bonus! Andrew, who was the salesman throughout the process of buying the car, was great, and I can't think of anything I could complain about regarding his service towards me. I do have a little pre-agreed work to be done on the car, and the staff arranging this have been accommodating and flexible in getting it booked in, while also staying in good contact with me to keep me updated. Overall, it's been a very good experience

Aiden, the salesman who helped me at MotorTrust when I bought my Toyota CHR, was really nice and made the whole process quick for me. But most of all, he was very well-mannered—good manners really do go a long way in making the experience enjoyable. As for the car, it's been great! Yet I haven’t had much chance to drive it yet, but I’m enjoying it so far and I’m really happy to have switched to a hybrid. When the time comes for my next car, I would use them again.

We couldn't be happier with our Land Rover! We recently had a tow bar fitted, and it has made a world of difference when towing our caravan. Craig was fantastic, and anything we asked him to do, he delivered on with a smile and professionalism. We drove two hours to Garstang to purchase the vehicle from Motortrust, and the journey was well worth the time. We even had the chance to explore the area and enjoyed a lovely meal at a charming Italian restaurant and wandered through a local garden centre. This made the whole trip an added bonus! We've named our Land Rover Lindi the Landi, and it feels like she’s part of the family now. Everything about the vehicle is great, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase and the service we received. We would absolutely do the whole journey again in a heartbeat!
