The car is perfect, couldn't be happier it drives perfectly. I spoke with Nigel, he was the guy who dealt with most of the sale. Anytime I needed to call or if I had a question he was always really helpful. He kept me up to date, let me know when the car is coming and was just a dead nice guy. The guy who dropped the car off was fantastic too, really informative and talkative which was nice. I would definitely recommend yous to others, I thought you did an amazing job!

The only thing I am waiting on is the most recent service record, apart from that the customer service from MP has been next level. Right from the first phone call to me driving the car away, the guys have been a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they didn't rush through the sale either. The 4 series that I did purchase is a gorgeous car, I am really pleased with how it drives and how good it looks. Definitely more than happy to recommend!

The team really went out of the way for me. Everything I asked of them they got sorted. The Mondeo is a good car, it is doing the job well and getting me from A to B just fine. I'd be happy to recommend MP, it was pretty quick buying from them.

Apart from a little crack in the door seal, everything has been absolutely perfect with the car. It was spotless when I went to view it and the team were so kind to me. I have been to other car dealerships before where the salesmen have put me off for being too pushy or not very welcoming, however, MP were exemplary. Each and every member was a pleasure to deal with, there was no pushy sales or hounding and I was able to view and test drive the car in my own time! I would highly recommend MP Motor Company in Preston, and would be happy to return again!

The night we bought the car we actually had a flat battery, so we rang Nigel first thing the next morning and he was brilliant. He told us to buy a new battery, send the invoice across and he would cover that for us. We recieved the money within an hour or so of sending the invoice, it was so quick and easy. Apart from that the Suzuki has been brilliant, can't say a bad thing about it! I would highly recommend MP, I thought they were brilliant, and the way they handle issues is exceptional!

It was a young man named Niko that helped me out and he was brilliant! A very nice, polite young chap who was always willing to help. Every question I had he was more than happy to answer, I couldn't fault him. He was very polite and efficient throughout, I would definitely recommend his services!

Everything were bang on tbf, I had no issues at all with any part of the sale. I travelled down from Scotland to collect the car and was really impressed with how good a car it was. It was exactly as described in the advert and drove brilliantly too. The gents that dealt with me were an absolute pleasure, I couldn't fault them at all. Definitely recommend!

This is the second 320 that I have had and I absolutely love it. The cars are just beautiful to drive. The one I bought from MP was absolutely spotless it were, looked brand new from the factory. The guys there were really good, I can't remember the chaps name but I know he was brilliant👍.
