We were looking to buy a new car and decided to visit MotorTrust Garstang to check out their showroom. After a helpful chat with one of their friendly sales agents and exploring various options, we decided on a VW Polo. There was a small issue with a broken clip, but by the time we came to collect the car, they had already replaced it for us. When we picked up the Polo, it had been beautifully valeted and was spotless. The whole transaction was stress-free and a pleasure, thanks to the fantastic service from the team.

The wheels needed refurbishing, and when I asked if they could be done in black, Steve made it happen without hesitation. I was really impressed with how accommodating and helpful he was.
