Absolutely loving my Jaguar so far, I'm really pleased with it. This is my first time driving an automatic, so I'm still getting used to it, but I'll get there. The dealership experience was superb. I was in and out in just 30 minutes, which I was very impressed with. Applying for finance was surprisingly easy because I submitted my application on Wednesday night, and by late Thursday afternoon, they had processed and paid out the finance. The car was cleaned inside and out, as it had been valeted before collection which was nice. I live in Wigan, and even though it was a bit of a trip, it was definitely worth it. You can tell what sort of dealership you're going into just by looking at the quality of the cars they have and MP Motor Company have some impressive cars. Overall, a fantastic experience with a dealership that knows how to deliver excellent service and quality vehicles.

Honestly I don't usually give top marks but because I can't think of anything in particular that I'd change about the sales process, it would be rude not to. Andy was the gent who looked after me and he was as expected, very professional and polite throughout. My car has been great for the time I've driven it so I'm very happy.

I've been enjoying my Volkswagen Polo, putting plenty of miles on it already because of my commute to work. The customer service was excellent—very helpful and accommodating from the word go. The MP Motor Company is conveniently located down the road from me, so I often browse their website to see what they had in. When I saw the Polo for sale, I decided to check it out. Although it was my first time buying a car from them, I had visited a year earlier with my wife, although we didn't make a purchase at that time. I've given them 5 stars because I wouldn't change a thing about my experience.

The salesman (I can't remember his name) was very helpful and showed us around the showroom to see what cars are available. I found the car on the website and knew exactly what I wanted, but he was kind enough to take me to it. 5 stars because they have been very patient while I was making my decision. I traded in my Mercedes, and the team was very patient while waiting for the log book from the DVLA, who were being difficult but none the less, it's been a positive experience.

Other than someone scraping the back of the car while they were doing the school run, the car has been brilliant! It was a great recommendation by my niece's boyfriend because he got a car from here previously. My first time was just like his because everything went so smoothly and without any issues. The team was very helpful and I felt in safe hands. I would happily pass the recommendation on to others if they were looking for a car.

I'm very pleased with my Nissan and I think it's been a great addition to the family. The name escapes me of who looked after me but to be honest, they really made the whole thing very enjoyable and the level of service was superb!

Everyone was super friendly from the moment I arrived in the dealership and when I expressed my interest in a car, they were happy to pass me the keys and for me to look around it for as long as I wanted. After being happy with what I was seeing, I approached the team and then was offered a test drive. No issues at all as far as I'm concerned and I would happily get another car from here in the future.

Me and my husband recently purchased our new Land Rover from here and we absoloutly love it! Honestly the car has been exactly what we wanted and as soon as we receive the log book we just need to add our private plate to top it off.

If I could say one thing about my Volkswagen then it would be that it's sound as a pound! I can't fault it and I've had 0 problems with it. The gentleman who looked after me while I was at this dealership is an asset for the company because he didn't put a foot wrong and you can tell he knows the industry well.

The car is running fine, I'm just waiting for a few finishing touches. This was my first time visiting this dealership, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were straight to the point yet they weren't pushy, very informative, and allowed me to take a test drive without any hassle. I wouldn't change a thing about how they handled everything.
