I saw the car online, knew what I was after without high mileage and this ticked all the boxes. Trevor drove the vehicle over to me to test drive, he was very good, very experienced and clear in his explanations. The car was clean inside and out. I noticed that the tyre pressure was inflated over the limit and the infotainment wasn’t cleared when It should have been, however, I would recommend them.

I like the MG as I find it easy to drive, comfortable and it’s the right size. Trevor was very helpful but they lost a point as there was no one to help me when Trevor was off but I was perfectly satisfied with their customer service.

Can't complain, they were professional. Quick in responding and they helped me with everything I needed help with. Adam was very professional, they had urgency and got straight to the point. Did their job they were good.

On the day was good, took car for test drive, no problem. Raf is a funny guy, I liked him, he was quite relatable, no beating around the bush, straight to the point. I don’t like wasting time. The sale went through quickly, straightforward process. There is a part im chasing them on to replace but apart from that, there isn't really any negatives.

Motortrust was generally ok however there were a few little things that were frustrating. An example would be not adding enough information. The Staff at Bury were very friendly and cheerful which set the tone for our experience.

I was looking for something specific, just shopping around and they had the car I was after. The staff were fine. Trevor was good, he was quite efficient. Very quick process to collection car was tidy. Only thing was there was no petrol and one of the tyres had low pressure so had to sort that myself but I would return, they had plenty of choice.

I got a Dacia from Motortrust and I like its reliability, the features and its very comfortable to drive. I found it a positive atmosphere, very friendly. On the whole it was very positive. What stood out me was there was no pushy salesmanship. I was free to look around the cars I wanted to and when I saw the car I wanted I spoke to Junaid. He was very friendly, chatty and quite informative. I would recommend him.

We were looking at another car but it was gone so we walked round Motortrust Bury branch and found the car my mrs wanted. We are enjoying the new car. First time using them and the staff were nice, sound and helpful. Adam was nice to us and helped us with everything we needed. They did the finance for us and the process took a week to get the car prepped service/oil change. All ready to go on collection.
