This was my first electric car, and the change has been brilliant. In fact, I feel like I should've done it sooner. Aiden was spot on throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions. When it came to part exchanging my Golf, he handled everything for me. He sorted it all out, right down to taxing the car, so I didn't really have to do a thing. On collection day, the car was ready for me, fully cleaned, and everything was done and dusted. It was all sound.

I purchased a Tesla from Motor Trust and have been getting on with the car really well. It was my first electric car, and I've found the change absolutely fine. Everything has been all good so far. The team at Motor Trust were brilliant. I never had any issues whatsoever. In fact, they were fantastic. They wasn't pushy at all. They let me have a look around, gave me all the options, and allowed me to make my own decisions without any pressure. What I liked most was how natural the whole experience felt. Rather than trying to steer me towards something, they listened to what I was looking for and helped me explore the available options. Id give them 10 out of 10.

I haven't actually driven it yet due to being away for a month. Trevor was great to deal with and everything at the dealership was perfectly fine. I had no problems at all with the service I received. Originally, I was looking for a Ford Focus. After looking around at a few different cars, I ended up choosing the Peugeot. The only reason I didn't give a full five out of five was the collection process. I was given a time to pick the car up, but it was around four hours later before it was actually ready. Aside from that, everything went well.

Great service polite an professional staff the car I purchased has been great no problems at all. Would and have recommended motortrust. Very speedy handover of the vehicle too.

I was specifically looking for a Mercedes and found the vehicle advertised on Auto Trader. Everything at the dealership was excellent. I would give them Six stars if i could. I'll be back again in the future.

Rizwan made the purchase of the Audi A3 easy, he was honest and didn't hide anything, telling me exactly how it is without hiding anything. Which was great. I was just looking about for different cars when I saw the Audi A3 and thought it looked great, and I've been getting on well with it. I would 100% recommend Motortrust.

I purchased a BMW 2 Series from Motor Trust. Overall I'd rate my experience four and a half stars. The buying process was really good, the deal was good, and I'm happy with both the car and the customer service I received. There was an issue after purchase when the car needed maintenance before collection. The team apologised for the delay, arranged a courtesy car, and completed the work. While the maintenance itself was very good, I felt there could have been better communication about what would happen with the vehicle during the process. I later found out the car had been moved between different garages in different cities, and I would have preferred this to have been explained to me beforehand. Other than this, I am happy with the overall experience.

Can't fault Aidan at the dealership, he was brilliant, and so was the whole process. Definitely recommend Motortrust to others.

Jason was the person I dealt with and he was okay. The buying experience was good, and I've been happy with the car since purchasing it. I would recommend Motor Trust to others. The only thing I'd mention is that they are a bit on the pricier side, so I probably wouldn't recommend them to someone on a budget. Aside from that, my overall experience was positive and I'd be happy to recommend them.

Bought a Toyota Aygo for my son. We got a good deal and also got a 2-year warranty, which was good. Trevor was a top guy, he was decent and had good experience.
