I bought a Tiguan from Motor Trust and it’s been great so far. I’ve been really enjoying the car and everything at the dealership was great from the start. Jason was helpful throughout. If I needed another car tomorrow, I’d happily go back again

On the day of the purchase the guy we dealt with was brilliant, he let us look around the car. He then delivered the car to us, which was great. Unfortunately we were given the wrong documentation and a spare key for a different car. This went on for a while with a lot of back and forths, so that side of things wasn't great and could have been sorted within a few days. I'd still give it four stars, as the car and the service on the day were good.

I've been getting on okay with the Audi TT, everything on the day was fine, although after the purchase I don't believe the registered keeper documentation was changed over, which I have had to do myself, but other than that all is okay.

So far so good. The only issue I'm having is when I plug my phone in, the Bluetooth does not work. In regard to the buying process on the day, it would have been a five-star but due to the radio not working, it would be four stars overall.

What stood out at the dealership was how efficient it all was. It was Kalum who I dealt with, he was really good , can't complain. As well as the experience, the Jaguar F-Pace has been good.
