I rate 5 for my experience of buying but 2 for the aftercare. I noticed after a few days that my car didn't have a parcel shelf. I contacted you and the sales person told me he was ordering me one and woyld get back to me. That was three weeks ago and I've heard nothing. I have range Motortrust today and am still waiting for a return call from the sales person.

It was my first time buying a car in the UK and I’ve enjoyed the ride so far with the Honda I purchased from Motortrust. Riz who attended me was quite good and even put in the extra effort to stay up late after closing hours to get me sorted. Overall, I really enjoyed the service.

I chose MotorTrust because I have quite a big dog and I needed to test drive a car before buying to make sure my dog fit and Adam allowed me to do that. so, I came back and bought it! Adam was very polite and accommodating and trusted me to bring the car back. five stars it was painless, very good.

The customer service at MotorTrust has been okay, I will say that my experience has not been the best the heating has broken in the car and I am waiting to hear back from the garage about the part, and I have not heard anything yet. I will say that they delivered the car to me no extra cost and that is a positive thing, they did the finance things for me as well.
