I'm really happy with my Citroen Berlingo and it's been a decent motor. It's exactly the vehicle I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was sound, helpful and professional, and I couldn't really fault the customer service. Although it was about a 45-minute drive for me, it was definitely worth it in the end because they had the right vehicle and a good selection of cars. There was nothing out of order during the whole experience

Adam was brilliant to deal with and got everything sorted quickly. The only delay was waiting for a part and once that arrived, the car was ready. Apart from that, everything was right. Happy with both the car and the service I received, and the wait for the part was the only reason I didn't give a full five stars.

I'm getting on well with the Volvo now. I did have some issues with the ABS and the auto stop start system, and it took a little longer than I would've liked to get everything sorted. In the end, the diagnostics were done and the repair was carried out at my local garage, which was helpful because I didn't have to take the car back to Motor Trust. Since the repairs, the car has been exactly as I'd expected and I'm happy with it. I dealt with Callum initially, and then Tom and Lewis, and they've all been pretty good once I managed to get hold of them. There were a few occasions when it was quite difficult to get in touch, but overall they were helpful and I'd still recommend Motor Trust to other people based on my experience.

The Mercedes has been fine and I'm enjoying it. I dealt with Paul, and he did everything right. He answered my questions and took care of everything during the purchase. I was happy with how everything was handled, and I don't think there was anything that would have made it a five-star experience. I'd definitely buy from Motor Trust again in the future

The Tesla Model Y It can be a bit technical, but I'm learning my way around the controls and everything, so it's been fine. I'd previously had a Polestar as a company car, and I'd say they're about fifty fifty overall, although the extra space in the Tesla is what I needed. Chris was responsive and a good guy. I tried to negotiate a bit on the price, but he wasn't having it, which I suppose was just him doing his job. Everything else went well.

The Lexus UX is quite good at the moment. The engine is making a bit of a weird noise, but I haven’t contacted the dealership. It would be nice if there was a service plan you could take out to get the car serviced at the dealership. Ali was quite good during the sale.

Enjoying the Peugeot. The only issue I've got is that when it was serviced, the service book wasn't signed, but I just haven't had time to go back and get that sorted. Other than that, everything's been good. My experience with Motor Trust was good, and the guy who looked after me was very courteous. He looked after me well and I had no problem whatsoever.

Aidan was spot on, I'd definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
