So far our new car from Motortrust is running fine. There was a bit of concern at the start about the clutch being heavy but seems to be okay now. The sales was very good and we dealt with Aidan, however we were disappointed by the delays in collection.

Really pleased with my vehicle, I did have an oil leak when I first got the car, however I just got this sorted at a garage near me and since then I've had no issues with the car. Staff were all quite helpful when I was in the initial buying stage and I am pleased with my new car. I am just waiting for 2 wheel caps to be sent to me which hopefully will be soon.

I will give you a 4 there is always room for improvement dealing with Aidan Mann was so easy very polite and professional nothing was too much trouble I don't usually give reviews until I have had the car for a few months then I know how it is going to perform at the moment the car is performing well after the initial tyre pressure problem hopefully no more problems and I would definitely recommend you in the future

I noticed an alloy was cracked and the tyre keeps going down because of it so I got in contact with MotorTrust and they are in the process of dealing with it. Also I haven't received the MOT certificate either. I dealt with Jordan on the day who was spot on, he's a top bloke. I'd give them 4 stars.

This was my first time buying a vehicle without seeing it in person, so I did not know what to expect. Kalum was the representative I dealt with leading up to the purchase, and he made everything very easy. I also liked that there was not a lot of paperwork. When the car arrived, it was exactly as described.
