Having a 18 month old is challenging when looking for a new car. However, as soon as I stepped in Motor Trust UK Bury and saw their play area, I felt relieved. The car sales people didn't hound us at all. They left us to look and let us approach them. Everything else ran smoothly - part exchange of mine and preparing my new car. Communication was great after I chose a car. I would recommend and I would return here.

I live locally to Motor Trust, so I went down to view the car. Aidan helped me through the process, and it was really good overall. The car has been great since the purchase, and I have already recommended the dealership to others.

I purchased a Tesla Model 3 in July. It is my first electric car, and my house was already fitted with a charging point, so it was an easy transition to make. The salesman took me through a couple of features of the car, and the customer service was good all round,.

3 stars just because I've had a couple of issues with the car since getting it and I'm finding it hard to get a hold of anyone in the aftersales team. The car drives fine but when I first got it, there was an issue that the team at MotorTrust UK were quick to sort out. After that I noticed the service light was flashing up, saying service due but I was told that there was one with the car before driving away and after calling up, I still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. Also I've now noticed that the AC in the car is broken, which needs to get sorted out.

I recently purchased an Audi Q2, which has been spot on. I had a good experience overall. The only thing I would mention is that I dealt with three different people all in the space of a week, which made it a bit confusing at times. Nevertheless, I would still give it a solid four stars.

Great service from Motor Trust in Bury! Mo looked after us, explained features of the car we were interested in and arranged for it to be transported to us in Liverpool. He was effective and organised in communicating quickly over various questions during and after the sale and never applied selling pressure. Junior brought the car to Liverpool and again provided professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend.

Okay to start with, huge selection of cars to browse, absolutely zero pressure (which I loved), our sales guy Riz was knowledgable and helpful, they have nice little booths to do all your chit chatting in and the kids play area was a god send 👍🏼. We went on a Saturday to look at the car we had seen online, took it for a little test drive, decided that was the one we wanted - nice and easy. Riz looked round the car we were part exchanging, no questions asked, noticed a dent in the door, gave us a quote and happy days. Came back 4 days later to collect the car, (cause that’s how long it took to prep the new car) Riz took my old one for a little drive, obviously there were a few things wrong with it, Hense why I was getting rid, Riz took it to the mechanics and they decided they needed to offer us less for the car. Now maybe that’s their policy or whatever but I feel like that should have been done when we started this whole thing on the Saturday 🤷🏼‍♀️. So I’d ask that question if you’re thinking of going. Now I’m very happy with my car, I’ve had it 3 weeks now and I love it, I’ve had zero issues. However I will say it wasn’t cleaned to a good standard, there were lots and I mean lots of the controls on the steering wheel and the drivers door absolutely caked in makeup 💁🏼‍♀️. I would have mentioned it if I wasn’t on a time schedule, picking the car up took a lot longer than I thought it would too… But yeah overall a good experience, I’d buy from them again, I’d just be asking them to check my old car over properly to give a more accurate quote and I’d make sure it was cleaned proper!!

When I took the vehicle on a test drive, I was able to follow my own route and really take my time with it. I was pleased about this because it allowed me to get a proper feel for the vehicle and confirm that it was what I wanted. The car was valeted, and the turnaround was quick. Despite the initial lack of communication, everything was sorted, and so far the car has been great. My only other issue is that the car was completely empty on fuel. It would have been nice not to worry about getting to a petrol station immediately after buying a car. However, I can’t complain too much, as everything else was great.
