Overall good experience at the dealership. We did take out the optional extra paint protection. Which I felt could have been explained in a little bit more detail, but this is something I'll keep an eye out for on future purchases. I went for the BMW 4 Series in the end, and so far I'm loving it.

Upon going to Preston to collect my vehicle, I felt the process was a little rushed, and I had to wait 45 minutes for the vehicle to be cleaned before driving away. However, I am happy with the overall experience and very happy with the vehicle. One of the issues is that the clutch feels a little high, but it's currently getting this looked at. That said, everything else went well on the day, and the car itself has been great.

Following my purchase of a Citroen C3 back in February, I found the team at Motortrust very helpful. Now we are in April I've been able to take the vehicle out on long drives and it is driving fine. 4 stars overall.

Back in Feb I purchased my Ford Focus from Motortrust UK (Preston branch) and since having the car, it's been really good actually, we are really happy with it. The only issue we have had is that the logbook was sent to my old address, which has caused a couple of issues. I did contact Motortrust who are looking into the issue. Overall, the guys were really good with us to still happy to give 5*
