The lads have been great to deal with from MotorTrust. Before agreeing to take the Range Rover Sport there was a fault with the electric seats not moving but they were sorted. Unfortunately, the fault has come back but the team has been really good at getting the issue looked at.

After having a couple of issues at the start when the alarm kept going off, which resulted in my taking the car back a couple of times the cars been pretty good. The issues was the battery in the end, and I'm happy with the way the team has handled it. Everything seems to be working now, and it's been a nice car.

Since having my Jaguar I've not driven it much as I've been away but for the time I have, it's been fine.

Great experience buying my car from Motortrust UK. I managed to keep an open channel of communication with the team throughout and although I didn't always get a quick response straight away, when I contacted them, I always managed to get in touch with the team quite swiftly when I gave them a call. I didn't have the best start to owning my new Mercedes because someone around my local area went round smashing car windows, and unfortunately both of my cars fell victim to this rampage. Everything has now been sorted through insurance, and I'm getting on fine with the car. As for the experience, I felt it was nice and easy. We spent a lot of time walking around taking a look at all of the other cars and were given plenty of space to do so. Once we found the Mercedes, we approached a member of the team, and everything from there onwards was well explained.

Although the car took longer than expected to get from from start to finish (6 weeks) I felt that the customer experience was good and I was well informed about the issues that were getting sorted, so the communication was great. The car has been used every day since for my commute to work and she's been lovely. I think if the car had been checked over before going online, the issues would have been sorted before agreeing to take the car, and I could have given 5 stars.

So far all is going perfect with my Mercedes C-Class. The customer service was very good and very helpful. There was no sort of pressure from the team, but the only reason for not giving top marks isn't because anything went wrong, but I just think the sale went as it should.

I’m extremely happy with my Nissan Qashqai, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Shortly after getting the car, the dashlight came on, but I was reassured by the dealership’s excellent customer service. Thanks to the extended warranty I took out, they were able to sort it out quickly and without any hassle. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both my vehicle and the level of support I received.
