I had a list of 5 cars I wanted to look at because I was considering a change in brand. Phil, the salesman, got me the keys I needed and showed me where to find them, then left me to look around but told me to call him if I needed more help. I chose one that my partner and I really liked and took it for a test drive. We were really happy with the car and spoke to Phil again. We decided to purchase the car, and Phil helped us sort everything we needed to go ahead with things. We would recommend your company to friends and family and to ask for Phil anytime. He is a really great, non-pushy salesman.

Brilliant experience with MotorTrust! I had an issue with a previous dealership, and it was such a problem that it was very off-putting to go back to a new dealership. But MotorTrust has really restored my faith that there are still good dealerships out there. I dealt with Mark, who was just brilliant. He was honest, and I could really trust him. Any issues with the car, he sorted out for me before purchase and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Everyone at the dealership was superb and friendly, and the dealership was presentable and clean. When I arrived, I was seen to straight away and told where to find Mark, who assisted me immediately—no waiting around. This is my first hybrid car, so I am still getting used to how long the battery lasts, etc., but I am very much enjoying it. Just superb and brilliant all round.

This was my first time going to MotorTrust, and it was a very quick journey for me—about 10 minutes from my location. I initially saw the car online, and when I went to see it in person, it was exactly as described. The pictures were the same, and the car was lovely and clean. I’ve had Jaguars in the past, but I’m really enjoying my new E-Pace as it’s higher up and has a really nice feel to it. Mark at the dealership was really nice and helpful. When I arrived at the dealership, I didn’t feel like I was hanging around. I was walked up to straight away and helped out, which was great. I would definitely recommend both the E-Pace and MotorTrust.

I recently purchased an Audi S3 from MotorTrust, and I am very happy with the car. I haven’t had much chance to drive it yet as I’ve had an operation, so I’m having to wait a little until I’m back on my feet. Kalum helped me with the sale, and he was great. He got everything sorted efficiently and quickly, and the whole process was simple. I took the car for a test drive, and it was all lovely and clean when I took it home. Overall, a pleasant experience. I’d give the guys a 4/5, just as I feel there is always room for improvement. and i am currently having an issue with the coolant pipe but this will be sorted once i am able to drive again.

Bought a VW polo from here and it’s a lovely little car- looks exactly how it was advertised and really clean and looked after. Phil was really helpful throughout, from the first call he communicated great and made everything run smoothly. Would definitely recommend using these again!

Brilliant! There is not one bad thing I could ever say about MotorTrust. I recently purchased a Honda Civic from the dealership, and the whole process from start to finish has been just brilliant. The lads were fantastic, and the managers were great. The aftercare from MotorTrust is the best I’ve ever received—better than some of the big names like Arnold Clark, Ford, BMW, and even Land Rover garages. I’ve never received such excellent aftercare from any other dealership. I will definitely be going back once we’re ready to swap our other car.
