I recently purchased my first Merc from MotorTrust and i am very happy with it so far, it is running smooth and i've had no problems, Cameron at the dealership was very helpful and all in all a great lad, the whole process was spot-on, i have no complaints.

Terrible service, misleading information, and zero accountability. After picking up my car on November 30th, 2024, I didn't receive my V5 after over 16 calls and numerous emails, and I had to pay for it myself in the end, as the dealership didn’t provide the original. Their finance process was a mess, with two unnecessary credit checks due to their error, and their paper-based finance applications led to a mix-up. The finance calculator on their website also provided incorrect estimates. Just two weeks after getting my car, a service notification popped up, and I had to book the service myself. They promised to fix issues raised, but nothing was done. I was passed between multiple staff members—none of whom followed through on what they promised. The lack of accountability from management, including the CEO, was staggering. They also had my part-exchanged car listed for sale while the finance was still outstanding for 5 weeks, and when I asked why, I was met with "no comment." They also took over 5 weeks to pay off my previous finance, which caused us financial strain by forcing us to pay for two vehicles at once. In the end, I got the car, but the stress and hassle took the shine off my experience. The complete lack of professionalism and follow-through makes me strongly advise against dealing with this company. I eventually had to involve the AA as a mediator to get reimbursed, which took another 5 weeks. I would have ended up with nothing had it not been for their help. Buy at your own risk

I've had my Nissan since December and the car has been great. I haven't had any issues whatsoever, and the car has been out a fair bit.

All good with my BMW 4 Series I bought back in December, really happy with it. Mark was really good, made things simple and quick for me and most importantly no pushiness.

I'm really enjoying my Volvo V60 from Motortrust. Kalum was the salesman who was helping me was great, I'm happy with the service I was provided with and honestly couldn't fault Kalum.

The staff at Motortrust are quite pleasant to deal with and got us sorted quickly with the Vauxhall Grandland X, which we are enjoying. There was one niggle when I collected the car, there was some paintwork that I was told would have been completed, but unfortunately had not been done, they apologies and informed would get us in to get this rectified, but I think I may have fallen through the net. But overall its been a good experience and would rate a 4 out of 5.

I have walked away from dealerships due to pushy tatics and having your typical car salesman, but Kalum was the furthest thing from this he was helpful, nice to deal with and most of all honest. The Skoda Octavia I bought from them down at MotorTrust Lancaster has been great, really enjoying it!

We are very happy with the Mercedes we bought from Motortrust Lancaster, we are out and about in it all the time. Nick who was our salesman was great to deal with and had lots of knowledge about the car, so was able to answer all out questions. Would buy from them again and recommend to others.

I've had lots of cars in the past, so I knew what to expect when heading to MotorTrust for my Suzuki and everything went as expected. It has to be said that I'm really pleased with the car.
