I have got nothing bad to say about Motorwell at all! They have been brilliant. I have had my Polo for a while now and so far I have had no major issues. The car was immaculate and a really good price. I would highly recommend Motorwell in Bristol.

We received a very complimentary service from Dave and his team, he was very helpful and understanding all the way. To even go as far as to reverse the car onto our drive, as I was not at home when it arrived and my partner doesn't drive. All in all I'm very pleased to have bought my car from Motorwell Bristol. Good overall experience! I bought a Volvo from here which I spotted on the forecourt in September. No major issues. The staff were helpful and the car is very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

No complaints at all. I bought a Mercedes in August and the dealers were very helpful and friendly and I had no issues at all. The car was clean and in brilliant condition when I received it and it was very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would use them again. They were brilliant.

Bought a Ford focus from motorwell, wish I hadn't bothered!!!! Told that the low mileage was down to the fact that the previous owner was in the army and didn't drive it much, however I found out a couple of weeks after driving around in my new purchase, that the Speedo wasn't working properly. It was under warranty so I took it back to get it fixed only to be told that they wouldn't fix it under the warranty. Also the exhaust was sounding a bit rough, they agreed to fix this and was sent to their garage. I watched the mechanic as he "fixed" the problem, with a glue gun!!! He bodged the hole in the exhaust, but when the warranty was up it started making the noise again, I took it back to be told that it would cost hundreds of pounds to fix. Had this car for a while now and it has broken down three times. (Once the drive shaft went, the clutch has gone and the other time was a problem with the water pump) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
The guy at Motorwell Bristol was amazing, I was able to pick the car up earlier than anticipated and despite closing at 5 and the dealer having a 2 hour trip home, they stayed open an hour late for me to come down and collect it. The service was amazing and I highly recommend them.
