Dennis and his son need to be avoided at all costs and they need to be outed for selling dangerous vehicles.
Bought vehicle in Oct, mazda cx7, blowing smoke,but Dennis advised me new turbo had been fitted, so that was the cause and it would right itself. December, car goes into limp mode, sends it back, was told, his mechanic has been running around in the car,nothing wrong with it, gets it back, same issues, luckily the finance company helped,got diags done at mazda, car it not economically repairable, ecu tamper,dpf fault, cylinder issue, all there at sale of car. Avoid this place, he's a liar,con man he'll probably try resell this, PX61WWA do not buy it.

Dennis is a con man do not buy from him sold me a 8k car with 2k worth of repairs and a dodgy mot

bought a 6500k car, on the phone this car was perfect paint runs a dream all working no issues no damage on body, video pictures look fine and mot no issues . arived on my drive smokes, low on fuel missfire, no locking, sometimes wont start or turn over, drives horrible no power on 4-5 cylinders, no blower fan, working leaking master cylinder, blowing exhaust, looks like someone ran over the car wing tops dented, bootlid repaired by stevie wonder, after driving 1 miles on test drive phoned him up got loads of bullshit, now taking him to court as he wont take it back even though hes breaking the law . this car has a dodgy mot i know that no advisories! yeah right . we will see motoworld ltd

I spent the little money I had on a car from here, after less than 6 weeks the car had a number of expensive issues which I was told from a mechanic were there before I bought the vehicle. I have tried to contact the dealership for help but Dennis got quite rude on our first phone call and offered no help. After this none of my phone calls or emails have been replied to. Currently I am stuck with a car not fit for purpose and not safe to take my kids in or to travel to work as a key worker. Spend your money elsewhere!

Asked questions about the car and was informed I'd get honest answers...I didn't got a load of bull, would not trust this person to buy anything off, Illegal tire missing part of the computer, air filter was missing i was informed it would be sent, no sign of that. There are lots of amazing small traders, Motoworld in Wigan is not one.
Bought a car from them full engine needed replacing after a month. Would not offer a refund. Don't trust them.
Fantastic service at Motorworld from start to finish would definitely recommend this family run business who go out of there way to make sure as a customer your are happy thank you xx
These are the only ones to deal with when you want a vehicle. Excellent customer service. Excellent vehicles. I have just purchased my 3rd car from Motoworld and I highly recommend that you buy your next one from here. They give you a good trade in price and always have quality vehicles in stock at fantastic prices. A great family run business. If you are worried about buying a second hand car, then DON'T BE because Denis at Motoworld will give you the best deal around. I give Motoworld 5 STARS because I can't give them 10.

Very helpful easy to get on with, car was spot on what I wanted got a good discount for cash. six months road tax no problems with the car so I am happy, recommend Dennis to anyone.
