Bought the car Motrix Motor Co which is great but it didn't have the service book. Was told it would take 2 weeks to get this sent off and stamped. A month later they still hadn't sent it. And hadn't contacted me or updated. Considering I paid £10,000 for the car this it was essential I got this. 2 weeks turned into 3 months which is such a shame and I had to consistently chase them. When I eventually got it I didn't even get an apology. I would definitely have bought again but this left a sour taste in my mouth because everything else was great.

I messaged them about a Honda Civic I wanted to purchase knowing I would have to drive about 150 mile, I sent the salesman several pictures of my car and then negotiated on the phone which we got to a deal to part exchange my car, when I got there the salesman I had spoken too wasn't there which I thought was a massive coincidence, the other salesman then over doubled the amount of money had to pay for the car with the reasons being my car wasn't as described (it was by the way and I had sent him more than enough pictures to prove this). When I disputed this with the salesman he became very unprofessional and aggressive, I would warn anyone that isn't comfortable with confrontation to avoid this garage as you will get pushed into buying a car and letting your car go for less than its worth.

I have recently bought my second car from motrix, never came across any problems with the first, even though it was high mileage so I did anticipate there would be problems. Now on car number 2, done over 80k miles but drives like new and not a scratch on it. I'm sure that in a couple of years when I change my car motrix will be the first place I look. Keep up the good work boys!

Travelled 2 and a half hours to see a motor that was advertised as excellent condition and superb. However when we got there it was full of loads of deep scratches, Motrix Motor Co said we could take for a test drive he told us the way to go which only took 5 minutes and half was stopping at traffic lights so only went about 30 mph at the most. The seat belt didn't work and apparently the motor only got tested the day before, the steering also went to the left when left go the wheel and loads of grey smoke came out of the exhaust. What a waste of a long journey, false advertising, don't believe what they tell you and it says on the Internet.

I have a BMW 320 d, I purchased from motrix motor co. I have never been as happy with a car as I am with this one. Thank you peter and Gavin .

I have recently bought an audi a3 from Gavin at motrix, all I can say is he did everything he said he would, and I can not be any happier with my audi. I would recommend this dealer to anybody wanting a fair deal, an outstanding car, and great service from start to finish.
