I brought a car from here in early December 2022 and now just over 2 months later I've had to spend over £1000 as the car was in poor condition the guys I spoke to were very polite and seem to be a nice little place but after taking the car I started to notice a few bits the window had 2 chips in the break discs were 5mm scored break pads were a mess. Service had not been done in 4 years every thing I beleave a good company should do before reselling the car
Had issues with the car from day dot, they they fixed them but when I took the saidcar to a local garage nothing had been done. Fords recalled car they said they would sort it again nothing done! I ask ford as the garage refused to give me paperwork. Nothing had been done! Then the car engine blows up and it a write off! Garage refuse to answer me. This car cost a lot of mone not £3-4000 double that! Unbelievable they treat people like this. Stay well clear!
While this review is now quite belated, I wanted to leave something to let others know of our experience. In 2020, having got fed up of our existing car being unreliable we wanted a replacement. With a young son our only real requirement was that it had to be reliable, and knowing this Moulsham Motors sold us a Ford Galaxy. Upon returning to collect the car it wouldn't start. After about ten minutes of the staff trying to get it started I went home to await an update. An hour or so later I got a call to return; it was running fine and I could collect the car. Up to this point I had been dealing with Paul Morris, who is very helpful, patient and polite, but I now found myself talking to a different salesman. Shorter, stockier, probably older than Paul, he proceeded to (as I later found out) lie to me about the reasons for the car not starting. As I considered whether to go ahead with the purchase, he became more and more impatient, which culminated in him saying "Look, do you want the car or not? Because if you don't I'll find someone else to sell it to". With hindsight I should have walked away, but I agreed to buy the car. A couple of days later, while miles away from home, the car wouldn't start. The AA identified a faulty fuel pump, and said we were lucky it went when the car was stationery rather than while driving. I got the car towed back home and the next day Paul Morris came round to collect it. Obviously it wasn't starting, so he had to arrange to have it towed away. We eventually got our money back, and purchased a car from elsewhere. The reason I wanted to leave a review was having specified to the dealership that with a young child our overriding requirement was for a reliable car, they sold us one which they knew was anything but. I can't recommend somewhere that would do that.
Fantastic service first time we have used this company and it won't be the last come away with a lovely car and hopefully I can grow the money plant I was kindly given by Paul lovely to do business with you kind regards Janet
So, I’ve just borought a 2016 Fiesta from Moulsham Motors and what can I say? An amazing job all round! Colin was so helpful and understanding with everything and made sure I was 100% happy before signing anything and treated me well during the sales and when I took the car back to Bognor! Honestly, 5 out of 5 for everything! Recommend highly!
Purchased a car from Moulsham Motor Co. Drove it for two days and discovered oil in the radiator cooling tank. They said they’ll fix the issue denying the problem was major ( basically the engine had a problem). Got full refund but the car dealer wasn’t apologetic or anything like that. Buying the car the petrol tank was empty ofc but when we returned it we asked if we would get a refund for the full tank of petrol and the answer was “ We can not give you a refund but feel free to suck the fuel out.”

I got on really well with your other half and I’m really sorry the car was faulty we gave you a full refund the mention of saying you can suck the fuel out was said in jest and was not meant to offend and it didn’t at the time your boyfriend even said if his dad was there he probably would . The problem was down to a faulty gasket on the oil cooler so not a major problem .
Moulsham Motor Co were absolutely brilliant, their attitude to customers and their customer service was excellent. The dealer was extremely helpful and I have recently recommend a family member who is currently getting a car from them too. The dealership helped with every possible and I will carry on recommending them as i was very impressed. 5 stars!
