Delighted with my purchase, car was ready on time, service carried out, car was very clean and sales very polite and everything explained on handover. Will when ready for a replacement go back to Mount.
I took my Hyundai IX35 to Mount Hyundai in February 2019 this year to get a squeaky clutch replaced under the Hyundai warranty, what a mistake this was!!! It is now November and I am still trying to get corrected everything that this garage has done wrong. My car has been back to them more than 20 times, I have got issues with the electrics, steering and more importantly the main issue is, I can't get the car into 1st gear!! I have just had the car returned to me after being with them for 3 three and half weeks and now not only is it worse, the power steering isn't working correctly. You may be thinking why do I keep going back especially after the owner of the garage told me "I make no money off you, you didn't buy the car from us, you don't get it serviced here, we don't want you to come back", the last time was purely because Hyundai insisted I take it back there. But after more than 3 weeks with them I called to see when the car would be ready and got the standard response "we're just putting it back together". I could go on and on about the incompetence this garage has shown and sheer lack of customer service, I have had the car returned to me on numerous occasions with parts missing and have photos to prove it. I implore anyone to stay well and truly clear of this sorry excuse for a garage!!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!

this review is not accuratec and was brought into us for a clutch recall..no money was exchanged sao value for money dos not come into it..this report is delibratley vindictive and inaccurate in its content..please remove it
If you value your time, do not book servicing or MOTs at Mount Hyundai. I’ve had to go to them as the only authorised dealership near me but the last two MOTs have left me basically having to give up 3/4 of my Saturday because they can’t stick to the booked time to do the MOT. This despite being booked in first thing on a Saturday morning, weeks in advance, both times. No apology, no emapathy, just a take it or leave it couldn’t care less attitude. Avoid if at all possible.
