The staff were really helpful, and the experience was great. I'm local to Mount Vernon, so I knew it was there. I was looking for a Mercedes due to the reputation, and I liked the GLA getting on absolutely fine.

I was scrapping my old motor, I told my boys, and they said they would get me a car. Everything has been superb, it's night and day better than my old car. The lads at the dealership were brand new, they answered all my questions and had no problems whatsoever.

I've had no problems at all at Mount Vernon, the guys were brilliant. They were very helpful. I had a Focus RS and an Audi S3 and wanted to go back to the Ford, they are great cars and really good to drive. I removed the 2 front tints as they were a bit too dark, but I did that myself.

Dealt with a young lad, and he was good. Although the day I was supposed to collect the car, when I went, the car was not ready, so I had to back the following day. They did put some fuel in for me as an apology, which was good. Since then the Peugeot 208 has been alright with no issues.

When I was at Mount Vernon Motors, I dealt with Alan, and he was very good. He wasn’t pushy at all, he just let me have a look, offered a test drive, and answered everything I asked straight away. There was no 'Let me go and speak to the manager.' He was straight to the point. He was very informative about the car and how everything works. I went for it mainly because I liked the look of it, and it’s been a big upgrade from my previous car. There’s a lot more technology on it, and it was all explained to me.

Needed a van for work and was looking online when I saw the Volkswagen Caddy that was advertised at Mount Vernon Motors. My cousin bought a car from there in the past. It was spot on. The guy I dealt with was brand new, I'd 100% use them again.

I bought the Peugeot 208 for my son, he is getting on great, so I can't complain. We just went out one day to have a look at guys and went into Mount Vernon. The guys were good and very attentive, it was a good car and was well serviced.
