I haven't actually passed my test yet, so I've only been out in my Fiesta a handful of times, but I'm very happy with my choice of car and it runs well so I've got no complaints. The team was amazing throughout, and they actually made it a very simple process. Top marks for my first time buying a car.

Once I have bought my new car from Mount Vernon Motors, I noticed a few little issues, I called into the garage and the gent there were absolutely phenomenal in resolving all the issues I was having quickly. Along with this they were so friendly and welcoming. 5* Service all round and i would defiantly return.

When I first visited this dealership back in October, I was so impressed with my experience that it made sense to come back when I was in the market for a new car. I actually ended up purchasing the same model that I got back in October, which was the Renault Koleos. Both times I've visited this dealership, the lads provided me with first class service. Unfortunately, I've not been able to get much out of it with me working away, but I have taken it on a couple of long trips to Newcastle, and it runs great.

I couldn't be happier with the lads at the dealership, it has been a really great experience and I honestly can't knock them. I'm buzzing with my Audi A4.

I was away when I first enquired about the car, so I was very reliant on Glyn's honesty when it came to the description of the car. His communication was great throughout the process, and he kept me up to date with everything. I eventually came back off holiday and headed straight to the dealership to collect the car, which was ready to go once I arrived. Really great service.

Both me and my daughter were impressed with how this dealership handled the sale. I was in the market for a big car because I've got a caravan to tow, so I was looking at getting a Freelander, and the sales team found me the perfect one! I took the car on a test drive and it was lovely to drive. It took some getting used to compared to my X-trail but I still enjoyed the test drive. I'm due to put a tow bar on the car and I don't doubt it will last me for a while.

I thought it was very well organised in the way they arrange test drives for customers and how they were able to answer every question I had. I would happily be a returning customer if I were to get another car.
