Alan and Charlie at Mount Vernon Motors were amazing, and I love my new Ford Focus, I can’t fault them. They are very informative and knowledgeable not only about the cars but the finance packages too. I would recommend this dealership and I would 100% return when the time comes for another car.

I was in a tough spot, my car had been taken into the garage, initially just for a repair but to my surprise the garage called me and informed me it would cost thousands to fix. So I had to look for another car immediately. Alan at Mount Vernon Motors worked quickly to get me back on the road, he was knowledgeable, polite and compassionate. He was trusting as let both my daughter and son in law test drive the car for me, which is a bonus for me as I don’t feel comfortable driving on roads I don’t know. I am very happy with my new VW Golf, the only thing that has let the car down is simply a missing car mat, but I understand it is not a brand new car so understand this can happen. It’s been great so far, my granddaughters are obsessed with the car - constantly saying ‘We love grans car!’

I ended up speaking to all the lads down at the dealership and I have to say their manors are impeccable along with the customer service that was fab. I have had a slight issue with the windscreen wiper on the car but I called the dealership straight away and they have been nothing but helpful in getting this sorted. Very knowledgeable and I would recommend this dealership to anyone, absolutely a 5 star.

When I was after a car, I was so nervous… I hadn’t bought a car ever! Although I took my stepdad with me who knows a lot about cars, the salesman we spoke to gave me all reassurance and information so attentive that I understood everything - Afterall buying a car is a big purchase! I went from being nervous to calm and content that I was making a great decision buying this car. I wish I could remember the salesman’s name, as I couldn’t fault the service I received from finding the car, to driving off the forecourt.

I was looking for a new car, that was reliable and big enough to help in my community. As a vicar you never know when someone would need help. I completed a lengthy forensic search on Autotrader and the Skoda I found was the best by far. The only thing was it was 300 miles away in Glasgow, but after speaking with them over the phone at Mount Vernon Motors I was quickly put at ease, and I decided to make the long journey. I have to say the moment I got there I was welcomed with open arms, and I knew then my trip was not wasted. The customer service I received was impeccable, they answered all my questions and I drove off in the most perfect car for me, its reliable and big enough that if I saw a loose sheep out in my village, I would most definitely be able to rescue it!
