The service throughout the sale of my Kia Sportage was brilliant and they were friendly people. I highly recommend them and I would return back to them in the future.

I would come back here again for sure, they are a lovely bunch of lads at Mount Vernon, I cannot fault them in the slightest. I'm chuffed to bits with my Fiat 500 it is a great little car.

The service level from Charlie and Alan were 5 stars, a honest and trustworthy dealership that care about their customers and not just the sale. I was highly impressed by the fact that when I first got my new Audi from them I had a squeaking noise coming from the brakes and when I told them about this they were on the ball to get this booked in for me and put new brakes on to resolve the issue. They really did go above and beyond to help me with everything and I cannot thank them enough for this. I would use them again and 100% recommend these to others!

Without a shadow of doubt I will definitely be coming here again when I want another car. Charlie was lovely and really helped me out when I was buying my Corsa from them. He explained everything clearly to me without using Jargon and he got the car in immaculate condition before I went to collect it. I would be more than please to recommend my family, friends and work colleagues. They are a lovely garage to deal with. I only scored these 4 out of 5 because i'm a strong believer that no one is ever perfect and there is always areas to improve on.

The car is performing great, everything's going smoothly. Customer service was kind and absolutely fantastic. those guys were really helpful and displayed a high level of professionalism. I never give full marks but for sure I rate a high 4!

Audi Q5 is running smoothly, no complaints. Customer service was great—no problems there, they were brilliant. Had a small issue with the back door, but it was sorted without any trouble. I'd definitely use and recommend them. This is our second time using their services. We came back because our last car was incredibly reliable. Loving the look of the new car, and just like last time, their assistance was really helpful. 5 stars for sure.
