I collected the Mercedes and it was immaculately clean and bang on time, waiting for me when I arrived! The guy who I dealt with was such a nice guy, I have no qualms at all with Mount Vernon and have to rate 5/5!

A perfectly easy process to follow, it was a piece of cake. No problems at all it was a quick turn around and the staff were always on the ball. My Golf was clean and tidy upon arrival, pristine in fact! I highly recommend this family run business, they are better than any main dealer, I can guarantee that!

Such a genuine, friendly team at the Mount Vernon Motors site! The cars they sell are near immaculate considering they are second hand, and the level of their customer care is unmatched! I went to view the Megane they had available, and was greeted with smiles as soon as I entered the dealership. They were really kind and understanding, and didn't rush or pressure me. It was a really smooth sailing buy, I couldn't give them any form of criticism, they were lovely. The Ford Kuga is absolutely fantastic, it is such a lovely car, and has been doing very well in the snow! The team were first class to deal with, all of them were fantastic. It didn't matter who was there, I was treated the exact same by everyone! They left a very good lasting first impression on me, I would definitely buy from them again, and would happily recommend to others!

Nice wee lot, very friendly staff. Car was just as they had described. Transaction was quick and hassle free, with the added bonus of a car care pack (the ice scraper came in very handy!!!) Can't fault it all really.

I am absolutely over the moon with my Freelander I recently purchased, I got it for a cracking deal, and the car has been a dream ever since taking it away. From start to finish the team were excellent, it was a whole team effort, everyone did a fantastic job, I can't recommend them enough! I usually shop at main dealers, however, after experiencing the first class service from the Mount Vernon team I don't think I will ever buy from any other place again! They have outshone any other dealer I have visited before.
