I did have to get the alternator fixed shortly into the ownership of my Audi TT, however it was covered by the warranty, and the Mount Vernon team did everything they could to help me out, so I can't fault them in that aspect! Everything was really simple and streamline during the sale, and it was a very quick turnaround as well. They have been great to deal with, and I would happily visit again.

Fantastic dealership who hold a lot of choice of cars there is something for everybody. The prices are very competitive and more so for the quality you get. I highly recommend visiting Mount Vernon if you're in need of a new/upgraded car.

The customer service here is truly brilliant! I bought and Audi A6 and they really looked after me - when the sale completed I happened to be away, they helped me to finish my side remotely and stored the car for me until I was back. This was such a personal and accommodating service I cannot fault them! The A6 is brilliant, I am really happy with my purchase and glad to be home so I can enjoy my new car.
