Couldn't be happier with the my new Vauxhall Astra, its the perfect car for me, I've loved getting used to it and figuring everything out. The customer service was fantastic, it was initially all done over email and phone as I live quite far away. I bought the car before seeing it and then went to pick up when it was all ready. The car was as described when collecting and nice and clean. I part exchanged my old car in, it was an easy transaction and I got a good price. I was even given tea and biscuits while we waited which was an added bonus 😊 I would definitely return in the future.

Charlie who owns the dealership was great, he was very easy to work with. I am really happy with my new car and it was everything it was described to be. I got to test drive it then went back a few days later to collect and it looked brand new after the full valet. I went to this dealership recently with my son, he was looking to buy a Honda Civic. He was offered a test drive and was more than happy with the car so we arranged to go back and collect when the car was ready. We had asked for a few few bits to be done to the car and everything was as it should be when we collected around 5 days later. The car was clean, prepped and ready, it looked immaculate. The car is fantastic, my son is really enjoying it and having some fun driving it. Over the moon with the car and experience at Mount Vernon Motors - I've never known a dealership like this. The difference between Mount Vernon and other dealerships is the non-pressurised selling. Everybody is welcoming, friendly and absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them I will definitely be using them again.
