Absolutely exceptional customer service! All of the sales agents were absolutely fantastic! My Meriva is a lovely little car and has been an absolute treat to drive, it is perfect for the kids! I did have to get the alternator fixed shortly into the ownership of my Audi TT, however it was covered by the warranty, and the Mount Vernon team did everything they could to help me out, so I can't fault them in that aspect! Everything was really simple and streamline during the sale, and it was a very quick turnaround as well. They have been great to deal with, and I would happily visit again.
