We brought a car earlier this year from Andy and Rob at Moxley Car Centre and as we approached the end of the 3 month warranty period, it was clear there was a problem with the engine. After contacting Andy, he arranged for the engine to be replaced and James the mechanic was brilliant. We'd like to thank all of the Moxley team for their excellent after sales service.
Bought my car from Morley Car Centre this is the second car I have purchased from Rob and Andy. They were both really helpful and gave me time to test the car. I will certainly buy from them again the service was fantastic.
What can i say about Moxley Motors. Only that they are very pleasant people to deal with kept me updated about my new car i purchased from them and delivered on day and time by Raj a very pleasant gentleman to deal with and a smile on his face stars out of five for customer service definitely a 5 star

Great service family run car business the guys were easy to talk to no problem and not pushy just straight forward and honest they even washed the car while I was waiting so I could see the car without the rain and dust on the car that day excellent service I bought the car no problem driving it back home 110 miles definitely use again

The company was very helpful whilst we were looking at purchasing the car, due to lockdown they gave us a live video call, answered all our questions promptly, with a deposit they brought the car to us which is a 70 mile all round journey for them. car purchased, 1 very happy customer. Bryony

Fantastic customer service. I am very happy with my new car and I would thoroughly recommend moxley car centre to everyone. They gave me a very good part exchange price and my new car came with a new mot and service and warranty. Many thanks to rob and andy I will recommend you and your garage to family and friends.
Having visited a number of times at different cars all of which where very clean and had lots of info. everyone was very helpful and answered all questions decided to buy a car of our choice which came with a 3 month guarantee came in handy as we had a fault with car which was quickly sorted out , which was a battery (could of gone anytime really) replaced promptly without any fuss thank you very much Moxley Car Centre kept us informed all the way
On the day I went to collect the car I purchased of them the car had a fault with steering rack so had to collect next day it then persisted to have intermittent fault with steering ,abs, and warnings stop car now .was returned several times for repair that was never done and they refused to give refund now bank etc We are trying to get our money back from Moxley Car Centre.
