Despite the Covid lockdown and whilst adhering strictly to the necessary restrictions, MP Cars; Mike and Matt could not do enough to help me make an informed decision about my car purchase. No pressure selling whatsoever. Open, honest, excellent attention to detail, I felt very reassured. After 2 weeks following purchase, I have been thrilled with my Yaris which has turned out to be everything I hoped it would be.

I bought a car from MP Cars and I couldn’t fault the service I received. Despite everything going on with lockdowns and restricted time to do things, the process was so smooth and I couldn’t fault how polite and knowledgeable they are. The car I bought was in brilliant condition and was at a fair price. I would 100% recommend to anyone to use this dealership.

Look, i don't trust any one ,but on this occasion its not about trust. I bought car from mike back in 2019 December . Insignia and despite isignias reviews being a bag of spanners i love it . But over last few weeks i have noticed the gears 1 and reverse getting stuck and a rumble on front end on motorway at about 75 80 speed . So i got in touch with mike who arranged for me to take car into him on warranty to check . Result being that this mechanic gave a good diagnostic . The 2 problems are there fact .i been driving for over 25vears and know what is not right . But Mike as a good will gesture extended my warranty for an extra 3 month . I say cheers mike ,he didn't have to do that .i still don't. trust no one . But thank you .Paranoia tells me i have no idea that that car went to mechanic .the fact mike extended my warranty well take from that what you will . I would not hesitate recommending mp cars north west to anyone they were first class mije and son there servuce and car selection are exemplaeily

I purchased a used Mazda from Mike at MP Cars Northwest. I was left to browse and drive the vehicle alone for as long as I wanted before deciding on my purchase. No pressure sales here. The vehicle was well presented. Mike was a very nice chap , picked me up from the train station and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Mike has access to main dealer part exchange vehicles most with full service history. He has gained much respect during his 30 years in the motor trade. I can thoroughly recommend MP Cars Northwest. Exceeded my expectations. Well done Mike !
