Upgraded my car at MP Cars and part exchanged my old one. The car I bought was the nicest and most reasonably priced out of the 5 I looked at from other dealers and they also gave me a very good price for my car. After 2 months I had a slight problem with my car but it was dealt with and claimed on the warranty at a time convenient with me and at no cost. Could not recommend MP Cars North West more!

I purchased a car a few weeks ago from MP Cars North West, drove from LONDON to Manchester to get it, car drives good so far, however my front left light has stopped working. As I am a first time driver I called the dealership as I was informed it could be fixed via my breakdown cover, I spoke to the owner who IMMEDIATELY was beyond rude on the phone when all I wanted some advice. I never got that attitude when I was enquiring about the car, my friend who lives in Manchester was about to go and view cars from this dealership as I recommended it to her but after that disgusting experience I’ve warned her not to waste her time!! Customer service and manners costs nothing and I would have never given them my money had I known how rude he could be - so basically anyone else viewing this do not waste your money to give to this company as they are only interested and polite up until you have purchased a vehicle

Very helpful and professional.explained all documents and purchase process.Car had to be taxed and was happy to take me to the Post Office to sort it out.Would recommend MP Cars North West highly.

Bought my new car last month from MP Cars North West. The whole process was made so easy. Once I got the car home I realised the rear wiper wasn't working, Mike got it booked in and repaired for me. Highly recommend. Thanks again.
Bought a VW POLO 2015 2 months ago from MP Cars North West and I had the best service your could ever receive. Especially of a small independent garage. 100% on service, 100% on price and 100% description. Could not recommend these guys more. I WILL be back for my next upgrade in a few years!!

Great service & Experience Matt and Mike did everything they could to get me the car I wanted as soon as possible and weren’t pushy atallI I must of drove them crazy but they were so understanding and accommodating.
