I bought my second car from MP Cars, a lovely little KA. Matthew and Mike provided me an excellent second hand car. I love it. After 2 months there was a small fault, they were both very helpful and bent over backwards to ensure this issue was dealt with and arranged for me to get my car into one of their trusted garages and it was resolved the next day. Will definitely use them again and will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks Guys!

I bought VW polo in May 2017 and was told it had been recently thoroughly "serviced" but the service light on the dashboard remained. Matthew misinformed me that it was only a VW dealer that could remove the service light but to rest assured it had been properly serviced properly elsewhere. Six weeks into a three month warranty the engine management light appeared and a severe loss in performance. Apparently a coil pack was all it needed and away I drove away. At the time, I questioned the mechanic whether he noticed anything that may need looking at in the future, I remember his response being quite careful and considered, along the lines of "I'm just here to address the problem you mentioned, bye". A few weeks later and five months after buying the car, the vehicle emissions light came on with others. Turns out (predictively with 80k mile polos) that the timing belt needed replacing but that this wasn't the first time this job was done. When a competent mechanic was trying to replace the timing belt it became clear this had been repaired previously but done incorrectly and botched which lead to other costly complications. No record or mention of the cars repair history was mentioned at the point of sale and a very expensive trip to the garage so soon after buying a five year old car later has left me extremely disappointed and skint. Especially disappointed for believing Matthews claim that only VW dealers can turn the service light off. I feel mugged off. He shouldn't be misleading people like that in my opinion. Won't be using ever again. Wouldn't recommend MP Cars North West.

From the very first phone call through delivery and after-service, these guys were polite, informative, and helpful. They immediately sorted a glitch that popped up during our initial vehicle inspection and arranged delivery which helped make the whole process super easy. When buying a car, you want the process to be as straightforward and stress free as possible. These guys were terrific on all fronts. I definitely recommend MP Cars North West.

MP Cars North West is why I never use a dealer. Private sellers usually but any floors the vehicle may have. Toyota RAV4 scratches on all panels, dented wing scuffed front bumper. Perfect 2 and half grand car £5200 anyone? And dragged me from Sheffield for the 30 seconds it took to say absolutely not!
