This lady advertised a car saying it had mot however upon typing the reg into the GOVs mot checker it was proven it had failed in April for very serious dangerous faults! Please avoid at all cost

Thank you for leaving feedback for us, however, we are unable to identify you as one of our customers. It seems unlikely you have even made an enquiry with us as we protect our vehicles registration plates and all our adverts only show our company name on show plates. We protect the provenance of our vehicles as we do not disclose the registration numbers of our vehicles prior to physical appointments taking place. Thus it is extremely unlikely you made any reg checks on one of our vehicles without speaking to us first. All our cars go through a pre delivery inspection with an independent VAT registered mechanic and without exception all of our cars leave us with a valid MOT. There are no exceptions to this for retail cars. Perhaps you have muddled us up with another trader? If however, you do have a genuine complaint, please call us so we may deal with it in a professional manner, rather than leaving partial information on a 3rd party website without speaking to us first and giving us the opportunity to rectify matters. Let me state that I have no financial or other interest in this business - my wife simply purchased a Mini Cooper from her. Tracey at Mrs Mini is one of those rare car dealers who obviously believes that looking after people will always drive more business in the future. We had an issue with an engine warning light and yes, it took a few visits and the car spent some time with her people - but she persisted until we were happy. She has demonstrated several times her knowledge of minis and given us great advice. After my daughter bought a car from a different dealer this year and has had problems she has been happy to offer advice and much more (this review is by way of a thank you to her for all the help) . To the person who wrote the really negative review - what you dont say is what the problem was, why it was not resolved and why you feel the way you do. It smacks of a fake review as you have provided so little information. From my perspective the service we have received - Mrs Mini has been better than any other dealer I have ever dealt with - the yard stick by which you evaluate car dealers is how they act when things go wrong - in this regards I cannot fault her - Paul Hyatt (search and you will find me on line as this is not a fake review) Woking, Surrey.
Poor customer service and communication once car has been purchased. Prior to purchase is happy to answer any questions but once she has the money she doesn’t care less. Wouldn’t trust Mrs Mini in Lightwater and avoid at all costs.

Since then Tracey has sold over 1,000 MINIs & Mrs MINI has progressed into the specialist independent retailer of used MINI cars that we are today.

We work on an appointment basis from a converted farm barn, once “The Egg Packing Shed” hence we have no fixed opening hours. We believe our one to one approach enables our customers to have our undivided attention & that more than makes up for our lack of swanky offices, & sales men/women hovering, ready to pounce. It ensures you get our dedicated time making sure the MINI is exactly what you want & it means we are 100% certain we can do what we say we will do to ensure your MINI is perfect for you on the day of collection.
Whilst our service is not exclusively available to young & young at heart ladies, (we frequently sell to men too), Mrs MINI, understands the apprehension that many ladies feel when buying a car. We understand it takes a long time to earn the kind of money you need to own a MINI, and we are known for our patience, understanding, care and commitment to making your purchasing experience the best it can be. Whilst we are delighted when you do make a purchase from us, we also recognise that the “Perfect MINI” for you, may not be in our stock, so we will happily go search for it for you, or perhaps make some changes to one in stock to ensure it looks exactly how you want it to look.

We are happy to talk to you about a part exchange, and have taken motorbikes, jet skis, & even motorhomes in the past, although most come to us with a car to part exchange.
We are also happy to buy your MINI back from you, & will always make you an offer when the time comes for you to upgrade.
We offer a 3 months warranty with our MINIs which can be extended or amended if you wish to suit your needs.
We HPI check all our MINIs so that you can buy with confidence and we can provide you with an HPI certificate too if you wish.
You can always find a cheaper MINI, but finding one that represents better all round value for money… on that point we are not so sure…
