¨¨°º©©º°¨ PLEASE PLESAE AVOID¨¨°º©©º°¨ VERY DISLOYAL ¨¨°º©©º°¨ Hi All I am very disappointed with this car sales I found a car on Autotrader I phone found them to confirm if it's available they said yes first I asked if they're fuel pump and timing belt has been changed they said no but they could do it at half price as additional cost well I said to them I'm not interested thank you very much. A couple of minutes later I get a phone call saying the fuel pump and time timing belt has been changed so I told them I'll be travelling from Cardiff it's over 2 hours of travelling I asked them can you please valet the car so it's clean and ready for me they told me one of their colleagues is driving it at the moment so it's in use everyday day this was not mentioned on the advert has the mileage would be rising daily if it was in use. I asked him again can you please valet the car and the person on the phone getting was if you buy the car only takes up to 45 minutes we can valet the car for you while you wait and I explained that I have left Cardiff and closer to M50 now I'm not driving from Cardiff just to look at the car my intention is to buy the car. A couple of minutes later i get another phone call from the dealer saying unfortunately I will not be able to sell you the vehicle as his wife has had a car accident in his Mercedes and the SEAT Leon that I was going to buy was his pool of cars that he would use even though he's a dealer over 30 cars on site the car was advertised for £5,295 later on it was removed from Autotrader & the price was increased to £5,795 very very disappointed my time & fuel wasted to go & buy a car thank God I didn't buy a car from them because they're very disloyal just so they could make some more money they they let me down and put the price up even though their reviews were five star and I hate to write a negative review you but sometimes honesty is the best policy I hope this helps ¨¨°º©©º°¨ PLEASE PLEASE AVOID¨¨°º©©º°¨ VERY DISLOYAL ¨¨°º©©º°¨

I am pleased with my Vauxhall Corsa from MST. It watched it's Autotrader description perfectly and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The price of teh car was great and the dealers made the process very fast and stress free! I would happily recommend this dealership.

Did a local dealer search these guys came up. Although we couldn't agree on a deal as i wasn't getting enough for my Megane in px, I must say guy was genuine and very honest. Told me straight up facts about it and i could get better deal on mine selling private instead of px. Thanks guys hope to do business someday, unlike other dodgy local dealers ive experienced today MST Trade Centre guys are good.

Took my car to MST they diagnosed what was wrong with my car in mins. They solved it within hours. Reassured me by showing me the new parts they were putting on car. (So was genuine 100%). Had a service also. They even vacuumed and cleaned my car so it looked MINT when I collected (very impressed I was). These guys are genuine,reliable and fair. Can not fault the way they operate. Now I would not go 2any other garage. MST are bang on.

The guys at MST Trade Centre were all spot on, they sorted out an issue with the car a couple of weeks later and there's been no further cause for concern. I would definitely buy from them again given how good the service was not just during the sale but afterwards as well.

My purchase was from 2014. The staff at MS Trade Centre are extremely helpful and friendly. I did not experience any issues at all with the dealership, and the car was exactly as described. I have already recommended MS Trade Centre to friends and i will continue to do so. Really happy with everything!

My review is from January 2015. The thing that stood out the most about MS Trade Centre was their great communication, everybody seems to know what was going on, so each member of staff could help if needed. Each member of staff was aware of every point of the transaction. The communication skills enables the dealership to be helpful and knowledgeable. The car was clean and as described. All of the points mentioned above brings me to clarify, I would recommend the dealer to family and friends.

MST Trade Centre were actually very decent, they weren't like most dealerships I've dealt with in the past, there was no pushy sales nonsense or mucking around they just got everything done quickly and easily.
