After a bad experience with another car sales showroom, I was delighted with the service I received from Tim @ Murketts, he pointed me in the right direction how to deal with the previous showroom. He was extremely knowlegable about the car I ended up buying and it wasn't even a Vauxhall, he was patient and spent so much time going through all the controls on my chosen car, he certainly didn't expect me to get in a strange car and just drive home. I would recommend Murketts wholeheartedly. A massive thank you. I believe I have the perfect car that will last me a good while, and when I need a new car I'll be back.

They may be great if your buying new but as the buyer of a used vehicle you are somewhere beneath a 2nd class citizen. I eventually got the car 3 weeks after the proposed delivery date due to a couple of what I thought were simple issues to sort (especially as a main dealer with access to genuine parts). Somewhere in between I was told I could pick it up the following day so changed over my insurance, which incurred a fee, only to be told I couldn't pick it up after all. Changed insurance back to my old car, which incurred a fee again before the final fee for changing on the day of pick up (which I didn't do til I was sitting in the car as I didn't trust the dealer not to change their mind again). I tried to get the date the 3 month warranty started changed to reflect the date I actually took possession. Warranty provider said contact dealer, sales manager said contact servicing, servicing said its sales issue I'll get them to call you. That's the last I heard & warranty has now expired. Still, got half a tank of petrol for all the inconvenience (didn't even cover the insurance fees for all the changeovers).
