The staff at Murley Stratford are always professional and knowledgeable. This is my third Hyundai and I have found all cars reliable and comfortable . Alex is always helpful and takes the time to explain things . Nothing has ever been too much trouble from any of the staff. I’m always happy with the service and would always recommend .

Un helpful when trying to purchase a car, poor service with a hint of discrimination based on skin colour
All very good when purchasing the car, however car developed fault when only four days old, they made good efforts to start with having the car back eight times to try and fix, the car still has the same faults after a year and they are expecting me to accept this for the indeterminate future and are not now being very helpful. They appear to have washed their hands of the problem blaming Hyundai who again are less than helpful.

Purchased a car following test drive; salesman - Alex - was extremely helpful not least in obtaining missing handbooks. Following purchase had issue with clutch; this was covered under the warranty. Mehrun, Service Advisor, was extremely supportive, arranging a hassle-free repair & courtesy car. As ever, true value of a company only fully realised when there is a problem: Alex & Mehrun came through with flying colours. Can certainly recommend this garage.

All round excellent. We went in to buy new car. Lots of advice from Dave Mayer, the Manager. We ordered and we’re kept up to date with progress. All very efficient. Great friendly service.

Bought a used Car from this dealer on the day I picked it up there was a fault on the car less then 5 miles away from them returned the car the next day it took them 6 weeks to finally have the car repaired and working customer services was awful I was chasing them about the car throughout the 6 weeks. Finally took ownership of the car and with in 2 weeks the car developed a new fault informed them and they deny the car has a fault. Had garages look at the car to confirm the fault and they stated what faults the car had. Murley eventually agreed to look at the car and when they did they deny there was a fault refused to let me in the car and drive it to show them the fault. Please do not buy from this dealer. They do not car once they have your money.

My wife and I brought a very good friend to buy a car, the lady concerned of a certain age who's husband is very ill in a home bought the car. The process was fine. A few day's later we discovered that the service book was missing. The car was a demonstrator owned by Murley, so the lady phoned and explained, nothing happened so she phoned again, still with no result, one day I was in Stratford so I called in and explained, a week later still nothing so I rang and asked to speak to the showroom manager and there was a message left for him, he did not phone back. After three day's my wife phoned and a few day's later the salesman delivered the service book to the lady. I did not receive any communication from them after all the inconvenience caused. Very, very, poor service after spending £16,000 on a car. Let's hope the service department fairs better.

Bought a second hand car from Murley Hyundai in Stratford, had it 4 months! Been in the garage longer than we have drove it! Warranty is shocking! The 1 star is for murley giving us a hire car, while they had our car for a month! Had it back and 1 month later back in garage the car we purchased apparently had all the checks etc.. dont think so avoid avoid avoid

Hello Did you manage to take them to court or claim any money back I did actually buy a car from them and they have done the same to me had my car for 6 weeks I picked the car up and on the same day had to return it took them 6 weeks and when I got the car back a new fault happened within 2 weeks they refused a refund or to repair the car and the warranty was use less.

One year after buying a car from this dealership I am now taking them to court the dealership clearly does not care about customers buying used cars from them. They offered to charge me for repairs that they stated the car didn't require. The dealership left me no option other then to take them to a small claims court I will update once there is an outcome. The sales director and team offer no aftersales support they will take your money ignore you and I was given no details who I could complain to. Worst dealership buy from.

Hi I have seen your complaints this company should be avoided. It took to years to finally get to court they all accept that the part that was faulty however due to the way the wording of inspections read such a wear and tear in my case the court state it was fair use after only owning the car for 2 weeks they are not to be trusted avoid and share
Everything's been sound! I am very pleased with my Hyundai I40 from this dealership back in July and I have had no issues at all. Its brilliant value for money. The dealers have been really helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend them!
