Travelled a 4hr round trip to buy a Range Rover £25k to meet Andrew salesman 1642. Filthy car, dirty seats, stunk of curry, scrapes, knocks etc. But he wasn,t professional. Infact, he tried to force me to have it when I clearly said no and asked for my £250 deposit to be returned. He ignored, didn,t phone back and when I chased him, he said the Manager wasn,t happy with me. I read him my legal rights and more but he was a creep and still ignored. He even made unprofessional rude comments about my Audi TT with 46k miles said my brakes must be seizing up to scare me to buy theirs. Lol..sales tactics like that don,t scare or push me, quite the opposite. So I had to phone another branch Manager and they were shocked. Thank you to the Management but Andrew is slimey and doesn,t give Hyundai a good reputation. The laugh is, if the car had been a presentable condition, and their Manager had met me instead, I may have gone ahead with the purchase, but glad I didn,t. Gone back to Audi :-)

Avoid or take a chance, they lie, damage your vehicle while supposedly fixing it but not fixing it and then make it impossible to have it fixed

From our first phone call to Murley Autos Hyundai, Warwick until the day we drove away, a week later, in our lovely new "white" car, we received excellent service. Special thanks to Gary Roche who looked after us throughout the whole process with good knowledge of the car, patience and help every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend this Dealership sales team. The Burys.
I have to say that, from my experience of this dealership, I don't recognise many of the comments here. From the moment I walked into the dealership unannounced, I was treated with professionalism and respect. The sales rep I dealt with (Matt Bower) was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for him He took time to get to know us and understand our needs. He provided a lot of advice and recommendations that I hadn't thought about. On collecting the vehicle he was friendly and welcoming and everything was fully prepared and the vehicle immaculate. I will certainly approach this dealership again when it comes time to trade in my other vehicle.

Purchased a used Jaguar XF 2016 from this dealer test drove the car and agreed a price and purchased the car that would have a new MOT and be serviced. Arranged to collect the car one week later. On the 26 September I collected the car. I had drove less then 30 miles and the engine light came on called the dealer and they agreed to have the fault repaired the car was returned the next day and I was assured that they would be in touch with an update. I had to call daily for around 3 weeks to find out what was happening with my car, I requested a refund due to this the Sales manager assured me that they have took the car to Jaguar in Coventry to get this fault repaired and that the car is with jaguar. I had been contacted the Jaguar dealer who informed myself that my car was booked in to have the exhaust system looked at when I asked if they had my car, they explained that they did not have my vehicle. Following that call I contacted the dealer and asked what was happening and told them that Jaguar have just contacted me, and they do not have my car I wanted to know where it was and then I was told that they still had the car in their Stratford branch, but it will be going into Jaguar the following week. The Nox sensor was changed by Hyundai through the warranty several days later they refused to take the car to Jaguar, so I asked for my money back as the car was faulty. Hyundai agreed to take it to Jaguar and assured me that they would make the car and deal right for me. I then agreed and Jaguar checked the repairs carried out to the exhaust and 4 weeks after paying for the care I took ownerships. To my Horror 2 weeks later I was commuting on the motor way and the car became unstable I had to return home and took the car to a Jaguar garage that informed me that he front bushers have deteriorated the garage confirmed that warrant would not cover this so the cost would be £1500 if I had the repairs done. I returned the care to Murley Hyunadi to inform them of the latest fault on the car that I had actual only owned for 2 weeks I asked for the repairs to be carried out or a refund I was that they would look into it for me after chasing the staff for a week I was informed that they could carry out the repairs for £450 but I would need to pay I refused and requested a refund to which I was told I would need to put this in writing and the legal team would be in touch with me. The car dealer is dishonest, and the customer services have been awful I would avoid this dealer ship at all costs they do not value you as a customer or as a person. it is now 2 months after I paid for the car and this is not resolved.

I bought my car on Nissan finance from Sandicliffe in Nottingham with 2 years free servicing at any Nissan garage. Rang this garage 3 times for a service and 2 warranty issues and emailed to provide evidence but never rang back. Then closed for COVID lockdown. Rang again this week and promised a call but still no contact. They really couldn’t care less and avoid. I’m wring to Nissan Chief Exec to say this dealership won’t honour the Nissan promise. Avoid. Have to award one star to leave feedback they deserve non stars

Went to view a car which was dirty when we arrived. Found a few scratches but we were assured they would be done and the car valeted. On collection the the car looked clean but after close inspection on arriving home (an hour and a half away) we noticed that the interior was dull and the seats stained as well as the headlining. The scratches hadn’t been touched. I emailed them and received a reply saying that the salesman would speak to the manager and get back to us. Almost 3 weeks later we are still waiting. After reading other reviews since, we won’t hold our breath. Make sure you get everything in writing or give them a miss. Yes we should have checked it before we drove away, but after driving there, spending almost 2 hours there then having to drive home, we had had enough.

Travelled 50 miles to view a vehicle and they could not even be bothered to clean it. The manger at Murley Warwick does not appear to value customers. We visited 2 other Hyundai dealerships and had much better experiences and help - and purchased a car!!
