Always outstanding service at Murray. Be it purchase through to after-sales and servicing. I cannot recommend them highly enough having purchased 3 cars from them now and serviced plenty. We have now decided to transition to electric, and they were excellent at guiding us through what we needed, including allowing us to drive a selection of cars, including getting an ID Buzz up from Plymouth for us to drive! Claire Tudge, Dan Gooda and Dave Lay are all so warm, welcoming and helpful. The reason we keep going back to Murray is the friendly and honest experience (that Clarie, Dan and Dave provide). My wife and I have been to many dealerships, but Murray is one of the best around.

Booked my Golf in to VW Newton Abbot to have excess oil removed which was added by another firm. Car was picked up and returned. Service from staff was exceptional. Katie was superb and was able to arrange and sort everything out for me. I am very grateful - Thank you Katie. I will have no hesitation in recommending Katie and VW Newton Abbot to anyone.

Sold vehicle without floor mats and promised to send them up to now nothing and no contact not answering emails.
Went to Skoda as my key was not detected, quoted around £1300 to fix Went to a different place and same issue was fixed for £50 Never trust a corporate dealership Bunch of scumbags

Booked my Yeti for it 60,000mile service, after finding out this VW dearer is a fully authorised Skoda service partner. A lot closer to Torbay than the full dealers in Exeter & Plymouth. Excellent customer care, phoned the day before to confirm booking. Met by a friendly member of staff, who was very helpful. Ross confirmed our details and said it would be 3 hour and would phone us when done. Car fully serviced and booked stamped, all promises kept and exceptional customer service, I definitely recommend Murray VW in Newton Abbot. I will be buying my next car from here.
