Pushy salesman. Tried getting me to sign up for finance on another car beyond my budget, after I had reservations about the original car I went to look at. Told him I wanted to buy a car with savings, not finance. But wouldn't give up on the "amazing deal" I was going to miss out on because I was unwilling to buy on finance!! Put me off entirely from buying from MVP Vehicle Solutions. Won't be going back any time soon!! Frank.
was approved same day and invited down to look at cars. they had lots off car to chose from. Driven away same day happy as larry. Jamie was very helpful and made sure we understood everything cant thank them enuf.
had me sign for a car then lied to delay it for two weeks because they had crashed it whilst in transport from one branch to another. I didn't know it had been crashed until several weeks later when the paint started to fall off the bumper and wing due to them using their own cowboys who don't have a clue what they're doing to repair the vehicle. AVOID THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THEM! Stay well clear unless you want to get ripped off. Also don't believe a word anyone tells you at the Dukinfield branch he blatantly lied to my face about the vehicle having full service history when i signed for it then when it came to collecting the vehicle, It had no service history whatsoever! Do yourself a favour and go to a proper company that don't cut corners...

These sites are damaging to good businesses, I have dealt with MVP for my last 2 cars and found them extremely helpful and accommodating in relation to getting me finance and the car I needed. I find these sites very frustrating as they usually only promote poor ratings..... MVP have been around for a long time now and 3 reviews (as justified as they think they are) are only a small percentage of the customers they look after. I am sure there is a less biased story behind each complaint ...... anyway, I can't praise MVP highly enough so this post is just to try and add a little more balance........ I would suggest that if you are considering a car or MVP, speak to them..... mention the complaints, get the full story and don't make your judgement on 3 poor reviews from the hundreds of clients I am sure they have serviced over the years.

David Smith in response to I had a simple excellent experience.....
This is clearly a fake review from the MVP Vehicle Solutions themselves. Strange how a "review" in August comes at the same time that Li'm contacted by this website telling me they had flagged my review as potentially not genuine. As you can now see, I have proved that I bought the car from these people and also that it cost me £1200 to get the broken gearbox repaired. They were no help what so ever. The director Mark Cranmer wasn't interested in helping or even understanding of the situation. As far as he was concerned, the car was "Sold As Seen". They're attempting to "Game" the system with their own positive reviews, rather tban address customers concerns like any reputable business should be doing. There is plenty of guides online about reputation management. Maybe you should brush up on these, rather than paper over the cracks! I work in digital marketing, have done for many years. I know how easy it is to damage a reputation online. I'm also aware if how easy it is to "Fake" a good reputation, which you've been attempting to do for months since you saw my Honest Review of my experience with your company. I asked for help with my gearbox, you weren't interested so I came online to let others know. I'd moved on from this. I'd forgotten about it in fact (still paying off the credit card bill though). But then this site informed me you'd tried to get my "Fake" review removed. If anything, you've only cause yourself more issues now as you've now caused the website owners (thanks for your assistance) to mark the review as verified. Are you able to show real receipts for your two vehicle purchases? Would you mind if HMRC get involved and see these copies too, to verify your claim you are a genuine customer and not the business owner trying to cover the cracks? Rather than waste your time trying to increase your Fake 5 Star Reviews. How about work on your customer after sales service... Just a thought :)

Sorry David but i'm not an MVP employee. I'm not getting involved in an argument over this, reviews are open forums, you suggest I am faking my comments and suggest I am an employee but you could be a competitor of MVP trying to get one over on them..... either way we could go round and round. People can make their own decisions.....
Applied for finance through MVP Vehicle Solutions as it said any car from any dealer got approved to be told I had to get the car from them then they could not supply a suitable vehicle was left a very abrupt voicemail saying they was going to cancel my application and that would cancel my approved finance and I wouldn't be able to get finance from anywhere else how wrong they were they tried to max out my finance on a car well below what the was going to charge me they have no prices in the Windows they just get you the finance and whatever you get they will max out do not deal with these.

Just had similar experience, very misleading website leads you into making a finance enquiry. The follow-up call immediately led into trying to sell me a CAR with finance, not just finance, and very abrupt call termination when I asked the wrong (right?!) questions. Check the small print first... if you can find it!
I made the mistake of buying a car from MVP Vehicle Solutions Ltd thinking they were a reputable and honest second hand car dealer. Never again! This review comes as a consequence of being stung with a £1200+ Gearbox repair bill for a car I bought only 6 month ago! After owning the car for only 6 months and 23 days (this is important to remember), and only having added around 4000 miles to clock! The Gearbox gave up the ghost and started to make an absolute racket! Gearboxes only ever go wrong due to poor maintenance over their lifetime! Since I only owned the car for 6 months of it's 6 year life span. To put that into perspective, 8% of it's life span and around 8%-10% of the total mileage! I think it's safe to say that it's highly unlikely anything I have done has caused this cars Gearbox to fail so quickly after taking ownership, so you would imagine that MVP Vehicle Solutions would be only too happy to help me knowing that by law under the "Consumer Rights Act 2015" (look it up).

Dane in response to Gearbox broke after 6 months- No help!
I'm not related to MVP I'm simply looking online before I make a purchase with them but you've said it's highly unlikely that you caused the damage to the gearbox, did you give them independent evidence of this? Did you give them evidence that the fault is there when you bought the car? I've worked in retail and nothing bugs me more than seeing customers who think they are right when they are not. Sorry pal but without evidence you could be talking utter clobber. Makes me wonder why you didn't go down the small claims court if what you're saying is true.
Had a credit agreement, MVP Vehicle Solutions pushed us into the car we didnt want. The car was worth 6000, credit was 8000 interest Not paying 14000 for a car off them, very.pushy avoid.them got bad credit. But they take the proverbial.
