Selling a van on eBay, was described as “Ready to work”. The thing didn’t even have an mot! Disgraceful Avoid! Unhelpful Buy elsewhere!

No logbook, no MOT cert, gearbox failed 1 month after purchase, Speedo never worked, no response from Mick, no choice but to go to court with MW car sales Ltd, don’t touch this dealer!

Sold me a car with no logbook, no paperwork what so ever, messed me about for days before sorting the delivery of the car, by far the rudest person I’ve ever made a deal with, the car come with so many faults including water damaged keys in which I had to spend money out of my own pocket to have sorted, also a loud tapping noise coming from the engine bay which don’t sound good, and to top it all off, he blocked my phone number and had no contact since, if you reading this then I highly recommend you avoid this cowboy.

Firstly if I could give zero stars I would! We Purchased a van from this guy and in all honesty he was rude from the start when asked questions about the mot advisory’s. Still received no v5c book and was told I have to apply for it online myself as the trader he should of filled in part 2 of the log book and sent this off or done it online and hasn’t and when messaged him about it all I got was abuse saying do it ourselves and what’s up don’t we know how to do it. It isn’t our place to do it it’s his responsibility! Has the worst attitude of any car deal I’ve ever met in my life and in all honest I wouldn’t of purchased the van if I had seen the reviews first. We have had the van less than a month and already had it in the garage for repairs but would rather pay to fix it then take it back to such a rude bloke.

Phoned the dealer to buy a Ford ranger and the owner had it ready and picked myself and my partner up from the train station as we travelled from wales. Drove us half an hour to the sale the same evening. Very friendly and professional. The vehicle was spotless and as it was described on the website.

This is the second time Iv purchased a vehicle from them, the 1st was a high performance Subrau, which I owned for over 3 years and was a excellent car. Since I purchased that car I was very impressed with how mark was straight talking and keeps to his word. So I decided to go back to mark and give him a tight budget for a ford transit connect, with a little bit of play. He not only found the van and also added all the extras I required, I,e all black plastic body parts to be painted, rhino roof rack and pipe carrier, internal pro racking, led lights, van vault, brand new alloy wheels and tyres. Even tho the van arrived a week late to him, he still turned the van round on time and worked late to meet my deadline I will be purchasing my next van within 12 months to add to my business.
