I found a vehicle that I liked on Mark's website, I contacted Mark and asked him about it, he told me I would have to leave a £200.00 refundable deposit to secure the vehicle and if I did not like the vehicle I would get my deposit refunded. I drove from surrey to Derbyshire to view the vehicle, The vehicle was not in as good condition as the pictures on the website portrayed it to be. The vehicle was dirty, full of scratches and looked like it had a large patch of rust on it, It certainly was not worth the money that he wanted for it so I decided not to buy the vehicle at this point Mark was quite to me. I said I would send him my bank details so he could refund me my deposit. After numerous text messages and phone calls which have gone ignored a week later I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. This man should be stopped from trading he is nothing but a thief.

You put down the deposit to witch you new we held the truck for a week upon your viewing you were very happy with the truck and said it was in excellent condition. The reason you did not buy it was in your own words not big enough for you to witch we parted company and i said i would return your deposit but before we had chance to send it to you this review had been left witch we believe is unfair.

This awful person took a deposit on a car my grandson wanted to look at. Sadly, I found the advert and showed it my grandson, I wish I hadn't. He booked a viewing. Unfortunately, when we saw his reviews we felt that it would be inadvisable to buy from this man, and we recommended that he did not go to see the car. As we are helping out with money to buy the car he rang up to cancel and get his 'returnable deposit' back. According to Mark, that only happens if you buy the car, so just asking to look costs £200. He was swearing at my grandson and shouting at him and then had then nerve to text him saying that he had a contract to view and as he had broken it he forfeited the money. I believe this is totally illegal but will be checking it out. Please do not give this man money just to look at a car. What a ripoff. What a foul person.

Mark took a deposit from me for a vehicle I saw on his website, when I got to view the vehicle it was not as nice as it was portrayed in the pictures so I decided not to buy the vehicle. I am still waiting to get my deposit back to which I was told was refundable if I did not like the vehicle.

This review does not clearly state the actual facts that came about. We as a company took a deposit that held the car for a week for you and you never came to view we cannot just return deposits when other customers have been turned away on the vehicle when you have had the car saved for you.

The man running this garage is a scumbag and should not be in the car business at all. The car I purchased was faulty and not as described. The ‘customer service’ is appalling - expect to be sworn at. My boyfriend is a mechanic and had a look over the car after I purchased, he said it wasn’t safe to be on the roads. Please save your hard earned money and spend it with a reputable company

Thank you for you review , i would like to state that this review is very one sided and would like to make it clear that if your boyfriend is a mechanic why did he not come with you to view the car and see it. All our cars are in great condition and are fully road worthy and we have a very good reputation from the volume of cars we sell , a car can be faulty this does happen as the cars and trucks are not new but we deal with every problem without fail.

Bought a Ford ranger from this garage 3 weeks ago for £6000

He has a serious attitude even when looking at pickup he was rude and very abrupt nearly walked away
But anyway bought it for full price 28 days warranty given
3 weeks in less than 100 miles clutch has gone

We explained to you that you needed to bring the truck back to us for us too look at it and you would not do this and said it was already in the garage at that point i said to you this is not correct you need to bring it to us , are this conversation you would not do that so i could not help any further.

Sold me my caddy , returned when engine management light came on said he’d fixed it - came back on next day since found a bodged injector which now needs replacement head it’s had exhaust clamp to turbo replaced due to crossed threads and leaking, glow plug fault fixed it’s been in garage more than I’ve drove stay well clear of this cowboy go to a reputable dealer that offers more than 28 days warranty “cowboy” stay well clear see you in court you lying scum bag

I thank you for the review and would like to state that the issue you are saying are not true , we would fix any issue and you have said we took it back and as per your review all our vehicles come with 28 days warranty as agreed at point of sale. There was clearly no issuse when you purchased it and this fault you are saying accrued out of the warranty period

We as a company issue a 28 days warranty to witch is explained when you purchased , you did not have to buy the vehicle but you were happy to , now there is a fault 2 months later when you have covered lots of miles it our fault as a company and you have chosen to leave a review witch should not be allowed to happen.

As my wife just left a review I am getting on it he doesn't deserve to trade to anyone he blagged my head to buy a good pickup but what a joke it broke down within a week and had plenty of time and chances to fix it but didn't touch it and now the vehicle has been given back to that little thing if a man he wants 900 pound to get paint work done because apparently I have damaged it but he isnt getting 1 penny off me if anything he owes me money cause I have done without a truck for 5 months nearly hes a waste of space and perfetic sques of a man and not getting away with any sort of robbery dont go near him let him sink his his own lies and fake reading

This man is a con man he sold us a broken van and pretended to fix it multiple times it was a danger to drive . He is now trying to get out of giving the money back making up lies saying the van has scratches on which is a total lie cos we have videos of the it from start to finish so hes going to get a shock when he sees we have covered all bases . Dont buy off him hes a liability a lier and if hes a mechanic I am the pope . We will be taking it as far as he wants to go because we now have a case with all the people he has done out of money . Discusting vile con man .

We thought that we should reply to this review to put some clarity on the matter , you returned the vehicle saying you were not happy , and we took the vehicle back. There was damage on the vehicle and you were aware of that , to then leave a review when you have had a refund is just not the sensible thing to do.

Hi Katie we are having same problem bought a van blind had it delived key snapped had 2 pay lock smith £250 van does not work at all asked for refund basicaly answer I got after 2 week your not coverd can you email me plz I'm going through trading standers and small court
