Bought a car with service history from MW Car Sales, picked it up no service history, mans a lier did none of the work he said he was going to do, took more money out of my bank than he said he was going to, car not road worthy, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

Hello there i cannot seem to find any info from the sales staff on this matter , we take feedback like this very seriouse if you like to contact us on this matter im sure we can sort sumthing out
loads of problems when driving vehical home from mw car sales. drivers window doesnt close and air con doesnt work. spent nearly £500 so far and air con not right. text and called bloke many many times and will not answer. PLEASE DONT ENTERTAIN THIS WANNA BE CAR SALESMAN. no v5 after over a month. geezers a clown

Hi there just to let you no that we as a company have had not calls from you as a customer and would of sorted out this matter if you had called us , we have to be realistic that the car you purchased was 12 years old and the air con did work as we test all our cars before they go on sale. if the window has stoped working then its not ideal but these things do happen on used cars just give us a call.
Don't go to MW Car Sales Derbyshire, seriously don't go anywhere near this guy, the cars are nothing like he says and very rude. Horrible Man.

Thank you for the taking the time to leave this review from reading the review its seems your not happy with the air con on the car and the log book. When we post the log book to the DVLA it then becomes out of our hands on return time and normaly takes 6 weeks , this is what the DVLA specify. The air con on the car would of worked at point of purchase i would of thought as you would of checked it ? the review does not say that the car you purchased was 13 years old and things on the car do break from time to time. As a rule all of our feedback is normaly good and we do try our best but sumtimes we do not win every case and sum people are never happy with what ever you do. I am more than happy to sort the matter out for you just hive me a call.
