We have bought many VXR8s from MW Performance and had them serviced there too. Wouldn’t take our car anywhere else. These guys really know what they are doing and are always very helpful. Cars always prepped to a very high standard. Very thorough. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to MW Performance by a friend, and it is by far and away, the best garage I have ever dealt with, Nothing is too much trouble and the work is 1st class. My car isn't a Vauxhall but still, the guys there managed to diagnose issues that were missed by so-called 'specialist' BMW garages. I would urge anyone who is looking for a garage that actually takes pride in their work and ethics, to pop along and see what they are all about. Thank you all again and I look forward to keeping my car maintained by you.

I have used this establishment many times over many years and have never been disappointed. They provide excellent service always willing to help and always willing to make that extra effort if the situation demands it. The guys have a wealth of experience generated over many years of performance tuning on all types of vehicles particularly Vauxhall and Holden. I recommend them unreservedly, something I rarely do with anyone associated with the motor trade.

The car I purchased developed a visible coolant leak within days. I reported this to MW PERFORMANCE and the response was to go through the warranty that came with the car. MWP denied the fault was there when sold. But the leak, later established as a broken water pump, was visible millimetres away from the sump plug. This would clearly be seen during the oil service. Upon inspection of the above fault, it was obvious by loose cables and hoses dangling, something was missing, this was the secondary air pump used to reduce emissions. MW PERFORMANCE did not respond to this when reported. The service included stamps from MWP, but not all could not be backed up with paperwork. I would NOT recommend this garage for sales or performance work.

I brought an Astra vxr from mvp performance absolutely amazing car definitely the best car I’ve ever owned. My experience there was a real pleasure they couldn’t do enough for us and we felt very comfortable. We shall definitely be going back there and buying a car for my boyfriend who saw plenty he fell in love with so will be returning as soon as possible amazing company.

If you intend to buy a car from MW Performance, make sure before you go to see the car that you ask that everything works. I paid a deposit on a car and travelled to Chester to view it. Once we got to view the car, we found that it had several issues. Nothing major so u was wolling to buy it but the garage owner refused to release the car even though i was willing to buy there and then and then arrange to have the issues sorted at a later date. Due to the time wasted waiting for them to get the issues fixed, and then having to go away on business and then other issues which were not the dealers fault, they sold it to someone else. Still awaiting my deposit to be refunded. They were also not very organised paperwork wise. No doubt they are very good at mechanics and tuming, not so good at honouring a sale.

I have been a customer of MW Performance over many years from servicing to a full replacement engine being fitted both myself and other half would recommend MW highly in terms of the excellent work they have provided and would challenge anyone to find a more knowledgeable and trustworthy proprietor.....NB if hungry you could eat off the garage floor.

Amazing company to deal with, I will be honest the bad review I had read was a bit concerning but I am one to give people the benefit of the doubt and the I had heard the company had a good reputation, Well what can I say Marc (owner) is the most honest guy I have ever met will certainly deal with them again, I even saw the evidence from the said court case " as John L had suggested.

I bought a vehicle from MWP in April 2015 and paid a premium price only to find 8 weeks later that no preparation had been carried out. The car needed front brake pads, oil service and front tyres! I was met with a negative response and accusations that I was trying to "extort money" from them? Then in September the cars first MOT was due and was an immediate fail due to MWP removing the catalytic converter. I was left stranded with a car I couldn't drive and MWP responded by ignoring my emails and putting the phone down on me when I called to try and resolve. The worst people I have ever bought a car from. Currently taking legal action against them to recover over £1,600.00 in costs.
