Very good service and everything worked perfectly. I would use them again as I had absolutely no issues whatsoever.

I was looking to change from a diesel to a hybrid and My Car Choice seemed to have the right car at the right time so it all worked out well.

The owner at My Car Choice was nice. I had a couple of issues with the headlights but they have all been sorted for me. The Seat Ibiza is all good!

I was happy with the prices and mileage of the car that I found online so decided to go to My Car Choice. The staff there were all nice and polite and everything is fine with the car.

The blokes at My Car Choice were nice. I have had a few little issues with the car and had to have the brake discs replaced, but I understand this isn't really the dealerships fault.

Not a great experience especially after I paid in full, purchased a seat Ibiza, auto; on delivery to me it broke down, these things happen. Had to change my choice to a manual as no more autos. On delivery started the car my first time it took a few turn overs to start, thought nothing of it at the time, then two to three weeks following this the start/stop and keyless unlocking and locking stopped working sometimes. I tested my 12v battery and turns out it was only 25% holding charge, ok when engine was running so this was an issue. Eventually thought I would call dealer, he said battery was tested and was 83%, I disputed this claim and said this is not possible in a few weeks of normal usage so he suggested I write an email to claims department, who after a couple of weeks and emails back and forth agreed to supply a new battery but not fitting and also I had to travel 140 miles round trip to collect it. Fitted it myself, no problems now! To add I was issued with the last service info that had taken place at the dealership, the car had covered no miles on odometer to my purchase. It stated new front discs and pads and oil change but on my inspection, good clean oil and fresh pads but discs had a slight rim on outside edge so were not new ones, also only got one key with a nearly new car with only 28000 miles on the clock and was not told before I did the deal so lost trust in this dealership. All the reviews and awards drew me in only my experience did not match up to such high praises. Lesson learnt here

I was looking for a car and really liked the car I found at My Car Choice. The staff were really respectful towards me and my dad and they were helpful too.

When I went to the dealership the man that I dealt with was lovely in comparison to other places we have been. The car is going fine, I have had no issues at all.

We needed a second car and were impressed with the Kia Picanto which we came across. We were also pleased with the garage showroom and the efficiency of the whole process.
