The dealer was really helpful, he answered all questions I had. The deal was organised over the phone and they sent me pictures of works been done and assurances all services had been done and gave me a walk a round video too which made me feel confident. The car was delivered and the delivery guy was very nice aswell.

It's been a positive experience. Lower score due to some misunderstandings and I’d have liked them to be a bit more clear and upfront about what’s included and what’s not but Tanvir was great. I would recommend them to others.

So far so good. I went to My Car Choice because in comparison to other cars, makes, models that we were looking at, It just felt like it was more of a professional service that we were being provided. It was the peace of mind with the additional warranty that probably was a real attraction for us. Staff were fab, no issues. It was a nice smooth transition.

I was checking cars on Google and happened to see a Ford Puma at My Car Choice. It was the right colour I wanted. Only shock was it appeared to have been in a bump but my mechanic checked it for me and it was ok. It needed a shock absorber repair so I went back to the dealership and within two days they fixed it. Can't complain about the staff. No problems with the car for now, I'm quite happy with the service I've got and everything.

Couldn’t fault the experience, it was positive. They were really helpful and there was no pressure to buy. We’ve been to other car showrooms and felt pushed and overlooked but none of that with My Car Choice. We are really pleased with the car after purchase.
