Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. As part of our preparation process, every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive inspection, which includes a battery health check. A printed battery health report is generated and made available to customers. The battery fitted to your vehicle passed this inspection prior to sale, which is why we were surprised to hear of the issue several months later and after the vehicle had covered several thousand miles in your ownership. Although we did not believe the battery issue was present at the point of sale, we nevertheless supplied a replacement battery as a gesture of goodwill to help resolve the matter promptly. We are therefore disappointed to read your comments regarding our efforts to assist. We are also unclear about the reference to a 140-mile round trip, as the collection point for the replacement battery was approximately 7 miles from your location. Regarding the service record, we can only provide the documentation supplied with the vehicle and have no reason to believe any of the recorded work was inaccurate. As for the second key, the vehicle was advertised and sold with the equipment and accessories available at the time, and this was reflected in the sale. We take customer feedback seriously and always aim to resolve concerns fairly and professionally. While we regret that you remain dissatisfied, we are pleased that the replacement battery resolved the issue and that you have experienced no further problems since.
