I would more than happily recommend My Car Choice to my friends and family... I went down to the site to view an Audi A5 and I knew that was the car I wanted there and then. I had no issues with the dealership or staff. I drove away one happy customer with my new A5 and I've not looked back since!

When I was buying the Volkswagen Caddy, Craig and the other lads were brilliant, the answered every question I asked and they made it exciting for me. The van is still driving well and it is serving its purpose very well. I did have a warning light flag up soon after the purchase but I just gave Craig a quick call and in the click of the fingers it was sorted. When I arrived down at My Car Choice the van looked in perfect condition and I was pleased to find out it looked, drove and was just how it was advertised. The gents that work here are very reliable and do like to look after their customers well and its this kind of customer service that will bring me back here. I wasn't at the dealership for much longer than 15 minuets when picking up the van but the guys in and around the dealership were very welcoming and accommodating, and they seemed to really know there stuff about the cars and vans in stock!! The lads were very professional and had a great amount of knowledge which reassured me. I've had no issues with the van since I drove it away its been looking after me just fine! Thanks boys!

The customer service was brilliant, cant fault it. The sales team were helpful, made them self useful and were very polite. I had a small issue with the car but its booked in. These guys didn't waste no time once I informed them about the small issue, they were all over it. Excellent dealership you have here! I certainly pass on my recommendations on to you and I know for a fact when its time for a new car in the future I will be coming back here to these guys to see what they got!

During the time of the purchase Craig was dealing with me, he was well and truly amazing from start to finish, he was so helpful with everything and made sure I 100% understood everything before we made the deal. The VW Transporter is something massively different to what I usually have.. well for starters I have never owned a van before. Its strange because you look over your shoulder and cant see anything, I had to start coming into junctions square.. van drivers you'll know what I mean. I am enjoying driving it though its a cracking van. I cant thank you guys enough, Thanks again!

I recently went for a complete change and moved from team BMW to team Audi! It has been an adjustment but I am so pleased with my A6 and up until now I have no regrets 😊 I am over the moon with the guys at the dealership they are a cracking bunch and so easy to get along with. I cannot praise them enough for their hard work.

I love my Nissan Juke, I have wanted one for a long time. They are such quirky looking cars, I think people either love them or hate them, I am the latter! 🙋‍♀️ The team were very good, from start to finish they were nothing than polite, attentive and welcoming. I would give them a five star rating.

My Audi A3 is a lovely car and the customer service I got was excellent. There isn't really anything more I could have wanted from the team, everything was explained clearly. I really liked that the chap I dealt with went through all the fine details and I knew exactly what I was getting. I will be baring my Car Choice in mind for future car purposes.

I am very impressed with My Car Choice, they were definitely worth the travel down to Halifax. The 5 Series was exactly as described when I saw it in person and I instantly fell in love 😍 after the test drive it was as good as mine!
