Perfect customer service. I took myself down to My Car Choice and had a look around the Audi A3 that I had seen online, it was looking very clean, tidy and presentable! I fell I love with the car instantly and just wanted it to be mine. The gentleman that was dealing with me showed great professionalism, he was approachable and full of information. He was really really nice. We honestly had a very good experience at My Car Choice and based on that I would return in the future to purchase another car.

I can't recommend My Car Choice enough. Everything from viewing the car in the showroom to the handover of my Seat was amazing. There were no pushy sales tactics and the team answered all the questions I had. I had a test drive of the car without pressure and loved it! It was a no brainer, the car was perfect for me and I have been smiling ever since!

My salesman was absolutely brilliant from the get-go, he was so helpful and made it a really good experience. Nothing was too over complicated, it was all laid out on the table and was upfront with everything. My Merc is a great car, driving very well and sounds decent too! I highly recommend!

Professional dealership and straight forward process buying a great new car. I bought a Nissan Juke from My car choice and what superb staff they have, they made buying a car very easy and stress free, and actually enjoyable, which is a rarity. I can give no less than 5/5 and I recommend anyone looking for an immaculate car to visit them.

I did have a little trouble to begin with, however the lads sorted that out for me and got the van back on the roads within a day or so. Everything has been sound since, and the guys were good to deal with. I think the true colours show when things don't go so well so the fact they got everything sorted in no time for me shone through... great dealership and even better aftersales care.

I couldn't pick a fault with how everything went, it was smooth, and easy. Everything went perfect, I am really happy with the A5 I bought and I absolutely love driving it. My A5 is absolutely brilliant, I really am loving it! It feel like I have reached the peak with cars, it doesn't get any better than this, It was everything I was expecting it to be! I have itchy feet when it comes to cars and have been looking on the market for a while for one that tickled my fancy. This one popped up on Autotrader and it enticed me right away. It was the exact spec that I was looking for and wasn't too badly priced either. I scrutinized the video that they posted, and it looked absolutely brilliant. I really liked the fact that they made a walk around video as I feel its more personal and gives a better depth to the car and what it really entails. When I did arrive for the viewing I was so pleased to see that it had a great valet carried out, it looked brilliant! There were a couple of blemishes from bird poo that had been left on the car but that's something for a detailer to sort out which is booked. In regards to the customer service side of things, everything was brilliant, the team were great, with a special mention to Craig and Tanvir who really went out of their way to sort everything out for me. They were very honest right from the start to the end, the turn over was quick, the car was just in budget, so I would definitely look at using them again, I travelled quite a bit to get to Halifax and would happily make the journey again, everything just aligned perfectly for me.

10/10 for My Car Choice! Everything has been great with my Ford Ranger, apart from the fact that she is always thirsty! The guys at the dealership are great blokes, really down to earth I'll be back again in the future.

I recently visited My Car Choice in Halifax to view a Seat Leon and instantly knew it was the one for me as soon as I saw it. It was in such clean condition and had a very low mileage and the price was VERY good😉There were a couple marks on the car that I pointed out, the salesman took care of everything I asked so I was more than happy to go through with the sale. The team were brilliant from beginning to end so I can't fault them, I will definitely be recommending!
