Grand customer service from the My Car Choice team, I was interested in the 5 series they had in stock put in an enquiry. I received a call within the hour to give me some more info on the car and then off I went to view it in person. It looked great when I arrived, even though it hadn't had a thorough valet yet, it looked immaculate inside and out, it was a well looked after car! I didn't feel rushed one bit, and felt as if the the stress had been completely taken off of my shoulders. The team in Halifax absolutely blew me away when I was buying my A5, everything was so streamline and simple, and it was a very quick turnaround form viewing the car to driving it away! My expectations were met and exceeded when I was buying my Fiesta from My Car Choice. The car was immaculate, and I was shown around the car in great detail. When I was buying the Volkswagen Caddy, Craig and the other lads were brilliant, the answered every question I asked and they made it exciting for me. The van is still driving well and it is serving its purpose very well. I did have a warning light flag up soon after the purchase but I just gave Craig a quick call and in the click of the fingers it was sorted. When I arrived down at My Car Choice the van looked in perfect condition and I was pleased to find out it looked, drove and was just how it was advertised. The gents that work here are very reliable and do like to look after their customers well and its this kind of customer service that will bring me back here. I wasn't at the dealership for much longer than 15 minuets when picking up the van but the guys in and around the dealership were very welcoming and accommodating, and they seemed to really know there stuff about the cars and vans in stock!! The lads were very professional and had a great amount of knowledge which reassured me. I've had no issues with the van since I drove it away its been looking after me just fine! Thanks boys!

The customer service was brilliant, cant fault it. The sales team were helpful, made them self useful and were very polite. I had a small issue with the car but its booked in.
