I was browsing Autotrader when I stumbled upon a Seat Ibiza at My Car Choice, and it ticked all my boxes. The price was great, and the car was in excellent condition. When I visited the dealership, I was pleased to find that the car was exactly as I expected; if not better! The test drive sealed the deal for me; it drove like a dream. I am very happy with my car. Easy to drive and park and comfortable, my dog is happy to be in it. The only little hiccup is the low tyre pressure gauge which stayed on after I’d checked the tyres, I’ll have to have the tyres checked.

I hadn't been to this dealership before, but everything turned out well. The first time I went to view the Seat the team offered me a test drive of the car and after the test drive, we arranged for me to come back and collect it. Both times the team were very helpful and at the moment the car is going well for the time I've been out in it.

My Seat has been going well and at this moment in time I haven't got any issues to report. The service I received was really good, and there was no hard sell from anyone.

No problems on my end, I really like my new car. I had been looking for a good spec Seat for a while, but this was the best spec and price I found. I drove down from Glasgow, and the car was waiting for me on time, it was well presented and clean inside and out. I was only in there for 20 minutes before agreeing to take it. The owner even polished out scratches to make it look perfect. I needed to get the spare key coded and once I sent My Car Choice the invoice they refunded me the money on the same day.

Can't fault my experience everything was perfect! I'm happy to give 10 out of 10.

I aren't the best with names so I can't remember the salesman's name who looked after me, it could have been the owner but whoever it was the customer service I received was perfect. I had all of my questions answered in great detail and I felt very well informed from start to finish. I've already recommended My Car Choice to people I know.
