Me and my partner bought a lovely £11000 Mercedes C class at this dealership. Sale process was fine and finance fast and smooth. Bearing in mind I was working here at the time of purchase you would think any warranty fix was easy?........NO...... Rear light was classed as MOT failure as it had no rear tail light emitted. Gave the garage a week while on holiday to fix at Mercedes Swansea while a recall was fixed, but the work was not booked with the light........ I ended up diagnosing the fault and they paid for the part. Out of the 3 month warranty bracket, we found the car to be completely out on tracking and wore a nearly new tyre bald. An engine oil leak and front wheel bearings left loose as you tighten them up on a Mercedes. Pre sale checks are far from the level needed to sell cars at that price and you will get issues down the line. They also blocked message contact to both of us through Facebook etc.

Spoke to two different staff as I was making a 45 minute journey to the garage to look at part-exchanging my car with one they had on sale. Both seemed very helpful initially and stated that the car had not been prepared but that I could come down and look at it. Arrived at the garage where one member of staff (possibly Howard) was sitting in his office lighting up a cigarette. He looked at my car (a 66 plate Fiesta with low mileage) which did need a new bumper and had a slight dent in the drivers door (plus an EML was present on the dashboard), but his p/x evaluation was criminally low - £4k. He described the standard of the car as 'below average.' In response to questioning this evaluation he responded "well I have to make a profit.." - enough said. Yes, it is a local, independent garage but the derisory offer was way short of the £5.5k from one car dealer in Swansea, £5.75k from a garage in Llanelli (not too far away from this one) and £5.9k from a car dealer in Bridgend. My advice - shop around but don't shop here. A complete and utter rip off!

Quick to take your money Car went into limp mode 3 month later phoned the garage and he said nothing we can do. Took it to my local garage who said that’s Appauling customer service. DO NOT BUY from here
everyone has good service pre purchase!!!! peugeot 2008 2016 bought in march 7000 pound in one go. i tought newer car i will be fine untill mot but no. about 41000 miles and i need change antiroll bar driver side and another thing passenger side (cant remember at moment how is called). Anyway i realized when i purchased the car that towing eyelet and adaptor for unscrew security nuts were missing but i didnt give importance since i didnt check that the car got security nuts also because they say car inspected by AA, so should give to customers peace of mind. They didnt aware me of those missing parts very important which they must include in every cars. Anyway they let me in trouble and they are delaying me the repair now since they refuse to buy this adaptor which cost 100 pound but instead they want i bring the car to a third party garage for remove security nuts and replace it with normal ones, which i refuse to do. does it cost less than 100 pound this job? who pay me time and fuel for this? why i have to remove something i paid for? is a professional dealer loose reputation for 100 pound? to you the conclusion

Fantastic to deal with, Andy was extremely helpful,informative, no pressure. Bought on-line due to injury after a RTA,can't drive at moment. Pain and stress free way of purchasing a car,nothing was to much trouble. Everything arranged in few days including bank holiday.my new Hyundai,was delivered to my home this morning. Very efficient service, and its more than I could have hoped for,just perfect. Can highly recommend. Looking for a car. Look no further My Motor is all you need.

We Bought A Volkswagen Beetle from this company a month ago and due to the mileage i noticed the timing Belt would need changing. So They agreed to knock £400 of the asking price if we got the work done ourselves. So we collected the Car and brought it home. My wife didnt want to drive the vehicle until the timing Belt was done. So the car remained on our drive until the garage could do the work 7 days later. However When my wife went to take the car for the belt change it broke down a couple of miles later. The fuel line had severed and sprayed diesel all over the engine and under the bonnet emptying the tank and leaving my wife stranded on the side of a busy road. We had to have the car towed into the garage that was due to do the work on the timing belt. They Repaired the fuel lines and mentioned that someone previously had done a makeshift repair on a broken fuel line. The Bill came to over £300.00 for the repair on top of what we had already agreed to pay for the timing belt change. When i spoke to my motors .net They said they would speak to their warranty people. When they came back they said that they would not cover the bill as we should have taken the car to them (impossible when its broken down already) so we are £300.00 out of pocket and now looking to take them to court to recover the costs. Its not just about the money its also a safety issue as the fuel could have landed on the manifold causing a fire and the warranty isnt worth the paper its written on and dont believe their 200 point safety check as its obviously as good as their warranty.

Hi Gavin, I’ve just seen your review relating to my-motor.net. I’m having real problems with them too. They’re trying to dismiss their legal obligations and I’m close to taking court action. I’d like to hear about your experiences with them, if it’s not too much trouble? It’ll give more weight to the case if I can prove this is not an isolated incident and other individuals are also having, or have had, similar problems. Trading standards may be more likely to impose sanctions and restrict further trading if you do. The information provided in your review is great. Can you give me additional details, including; the car and date of purchase, the faults, the resolve (or lack of) they proposed, who the individuals were you dealt with, your attempts at resolving the situation and the final outcome. Also, any other individuals (and their contact details) you know who have had problems with them would be great. Any help you can give will be really appreciated.
